I drank at 17 ..... I'll admit to it.

However, it was a different era then. The drinking age was 18 for 3.2 beer (which was often re-labeled regular beer) IIRC, it was 19 for everything, but I could be wrong. It's been a long time. I do know that they changed the drinking age up a year the year after I turned 18. I knew a lot of really ticked off kids who were a year younger then me. It vwas a mess carding people, I do remember that ..... and so a lot of people got served who probably shouldn't have just because of confusion.
