Really? C'mon, neither option really holds water. Besides that, if by some strange twist of fate things did get out of hand the policy could be changed with a moments notice. PPE owns the board so essentially he can do anything he wants.
I know change frightens some people but this isn't that big a change. Hell, I'm 55 and I read stuff on there.
Have faith in your fellow posters. I do.
I think when he says fiasco he means that information gets posted that he doesn't want to hear... or agree with..

I think Tux was only trying to be funny.
As far as Twitter...if they are a good source, anything they "tweet" should be allowed.
And for the record, I'm not a tweeter, blogger, facebooker, myspacer, or whatever else people are using to publish their lives over the internet. But IU understand why athlete's and reporters are using those services to extend their "brand" to more people.

On a side note - I have a fb - and as much as I want to get rid of it, I just won't.......I never tire of the people (friends, mind you) that post things such as "trying to leave church - getting the kids around is like herding cattle" (yup - got that one sunday - from the ladies cell phone of course), or "went for a 7 mile run this morning, off to church, then Stuffy's subs for lunch" (yup - sunday)
Or how about "uh, lunch at school today has 1100 calories" - (about her kid).
Why is it most of the fb updates I get are from women that married money and have no job? They must be bored out of their mind with all the crap they post - and then the competition of who's healthier.........honestly - that's the reason I don't cancel my account - I get a kick out of the inanity of others.
Okay - where the hell that all came from I don't know - back to the thread.
