The result was inevitable? What the heck kind of attitude is that.

Hue is going to Hue.

Are you actually telling me he called a TO to see if he wanted to challenge then spent his final TO losing the challenge?

That's clownish.

Especially the D. More experience in this system plus an elite pass rusher that didn't play today!

Trent Green just said pretty much the same thing. Hate to use "moral victory", but this was a big step in the right direction.

Im not sure Hue is the best person to be HC/OC. He isn't great at either and you put both on in and it gets out of hand

He also brought TOs into the half with him after the Steelers had goal to go. He could have saved some time for the O.

No he called timeout and then they saw the play and thought they would win the challenge. The one thing had nothing to do with the other.

I like what I saw out of this team. We are the youngest team in the league, Rookie QB, and against our division revival. Solid effort.

7 sacks is inexcusable, and they were almost all on Kizer, I expect a lot more throw always next game

I wish he would just be the head coach.

But the time management. Wow.

What I love about this game is we punched Pittsburgh in the mouth, took some haymakers and still came back swinging: I was excited by so much in this game. There were tons of mistakes but man, was I excited.

So much to be hopeful for going foreword.

I think there's a lot of good coachable tape from this game. I don't think they are as far away as first glance

He's a rookie ... things like that are exactly why I wanted him to sit as long as possible to learn and get used to the speed of the game. We don't have a run game, so we're expecting a rookie QB to win games for us. He's GOING to get confused by pro defensive looks, so this wasn't totally unexpected.

Hue took a shot at a potential drop pass. The Steelers would have to run the ball to run the clock out or kick a field goal.

Too many drops, Coleman balled , Crow still falls down way too easy, D still crumbles when they need a stop. Kizer needs work on not taking sacks. Overall better than what I thought.

Overall I was happy with the game today. The offense especially has a long way to go but they never gave up and showed real promise for the future... not just hope for something better.

Yep! We played an elite team well, like I said, were it not for that blocked punt, we'd have won this game.

But it is what it is and like Spirit said, we were in it till the end!

WE DON'T NEED A QB BEFORE WE GET A LINE THAT CAN PROTECT HIM
my two cents...

I'm happy in that there does appear to be improvement from last year's squad. The defense will keep us in games. The offense needs to gel and Kizer will watch this film and hopefully work on throwing the ball away when there's nothing out there.

Cincy's Oline is terrible and Dalton is probably gonna get hurt.
