Large contract with a huge buyout. Combine that with the usual overestimating talent differences across NFL teams, world-class media gamesmanship, and the Haslams generally having no idea what they're doing and that's what you get.

Went with yes/no/4 as well.
The firing decisions aren't so clear cut though. I don't believe in firing a coach after one season, though I thought Freddie had to go. Dorsey probably should have gotten a chance to make things right, but he's made some pretty bad mistakes.
All in all, whatever. There's some apathy here too.
