Reminder:

The Seahawks got Jadeveon Clowney for a third round pick, Barkevious Mingo, and some other dude.

He got suspended eight games. He is awaiting sentencing from the government (it keeps getting pushed back).

Its hindsight now, but I would've kicked the field goal there.

McCown is a tough guy. I always liked him. He’s fighting a hammy while Wentz got another boo-boo keeping out of the game.

Wentz got a concussion when Clowney targeted him with a helmet-helmet hit (with no call).

That replay didn’t look like much of a hit.

So, I can see the Seahawks beating the packers at Green Bay.

I think it depends on the weather in Green Bay. Seattle’s running game isn’t that good right now with their 4th string RB starting and Grampy Lynch backing him up.

The divot of turf that Wentz came up with on his facemask after Clowney helmet-drove his face into the grass says otherwise.

He was already going down, all Clowney did was alter the angle a bit of his impact with the surface. But that’s just what I saw, doesn’t mean I know anything. What I do know is McCown was grabbing at his hammy and kept playing as they needed him to keep playing because Wentz wasn’t coming back in the game because his facemask tore up some dirt.

Better watch that hit again, dude. Filthy, dirty hit using the crown of his helmet no less. Hell that is spearing and helmet to helmet rolled into one. Could have made a case for ejection.

So:

Minnesota at San Francisco
Tennessee at Baltimore
Houston at Kansas City
Seattle at Green Bay

"First down inside the 10. A score here will put us in the Super Bowl. Cooper is far to the left as Njoku settles into the slot. Moore is flanked out wide to the right. Chubb and Ford are split in the backfield as Watson takes the snap ... Here we go."

Everyone is all up in arms because people were saying Wentz is injury prone. Just outraged that people would say such a thing.

It's friggin true, that team has been in the playoffs 3 of 4 (?) years he has been QB and he has played in less than 1 quarter of playoff football.

Rodgers is left, Russ Wilson is left.. other than that all of the old familiar names as playoff QBs are gone.. no Brady, no Manning(s), no Big Ben, no Brees, no Holcomb.. all the historically great playoff QBs are gone.

Time for the next generation of QBs to step up and make a name for themselves. Baker better get to work as there is a huge opportunity for him in those regards.

#Eagles QB Josh McCown tore his hamstring off the bone vs #Seahawks. Surgery coming, as
@Tim_McManus
said. Sources say it’s a six-month recovery. He’ll basically be laid up for six weeks.

Jeez... admirable and everything, but at what point do you tell the guy to just stay down?

Yet some people say that heart doesn't mean anything.

Intoducing for The Cleveland Browns, Quarterback Deshawn "The Predator" Watson. He will also be the one to choose your next head coach.

He was the Active Backup, and he didn't tell anyone. So yes .. He took one for the team. We should have kept him...

McCown is gutty. What a pain threshold! I have a lot of respect for this man's toughness, regardless of uniform.
