When I tried to get on here this morning, it took me to a site that said: Dawgtalkers.net. Green screen with some links to articles. SAid dawgtalkers.net was based in San Diego. In the top right corner, it had links to "renew domain name now", and some other link.

It won't happen again for at least two years, now smile

Are you going to send out that Paypal link?

There is no level of sucking we haven't seen; in fact, I'm pretty sure we hold the patents on a few levels of sucking NOBODY had seen until the past few years.

Sorry.

I'm apparently being sued by someone as I've gotten 4 calls on my cell phone telling me I need to call them back. They don't know my name, nor my address, but if I don't call them back, they will send the case to law enforcement and the courts will decide without my input.

Yes, it's a scam, I know.

Also been getting e-mails that my in box is full, and unless I verify my info, I won't be able to send or receive e-mail. Another scam.

And then this morning, couldn't get on here, and as well, my computer was super slow.

So yeah, I was concerned I had been hacked.

My bad. Sorry.

I had the same thing this morning. When I checked the domain registration later today when it was back up, it also says the domain was updated today. So just a normal thing that happens when a domain registration expires.

I'm talking from experience too as my website also lapsed this year because I didn't realize it was set up to auto-renew on a credit card I no longer have. Luckily I was also able to quickly get it back.

Yup, we have to pay each year just to be able to use a website address. It isn't a just purchase it and have it for life deal.

PayPal won't help me remember. It wasn't an affordability issue, it was a cranial rectalysis issue.

Yes, I'm serious.

And, yes, you have issues grin (just kidding; it was like a slow pitch over the plate, I *had* to swing, lol!)

Oh, I know I personally have issues. My wife lets me know. Just wanted to know, with the background I told, that it wasn't me.

Actually, I was surprised no one else brought it up.

And here I deleted my post to you thinking that info didn't need to go out. Laughed about it though because I have done it many times too.

I thought this might be the case, but I was a little worried things might have gotten so bad on the politics forum that the boards may have gotten shut down for hate speech or something crazy. I'm glad things got straightened out. Wouldn't have been the same going into the season without the boards.

Keep the politics in PP like I do you two. And no arch I didn't hack you. Everybody gets these types of contacts from scammers/hackers. It's called phishing.
