Exactly. I've learned as I got older instead of crying about a problem channel the energy into working to solve it. It's OK to bitch a little, about 30 seconds, but that's it. thumbsup

Yes but this isn't my life we are talking about. I have delt with adversity before. And I am still doing fine. However, I'm not blind when it comes to the odds intentionally being stacked against someone. I never said they were stacked intentionally against me, if odds were intentionally stacked against me I'm to stubborn to notice. However for whatever reason I seem to be able to recognize when its happening to soneone else

The NFL set Covid protocols. They are following the procedure guidelines. That is all.

The NFL is not trying to wreck the Browns.

And you very well may be right, maybe I am paranoid. However, for all this to "happen" 18 hours from kickoff and come this morning we are still losing players. I'm sorry, I just cant buy this is all coincidence. Perhaps this I'd payback for bottlegate....who knows....

Lamm, Bitonio, Tretter, Harris, Conklin.
Michael Dunn backing up the inside. Not sure who the swing tackle would be.

Malcolm Smith and Takitaki at LB with Mack Wilson subbing in.

Derrick Willies and J'Marcus Bradley outside w/ Hunt working the slot and Hall trying to take the top off the defense.

Bleh, new plan...
It's time to go full Jordan and roll out the 23 offense.

Chubb and Hunt in the backfield
Hunt motions out to the slot.
The Chief and Bryant out wide
Hooper in tight to the line

...and here we go...

Too bad we waived Hilliard. He could have split outside.

The good news is Lamm worked with the 1’s all week. The bad news is he isn’t Wills

"First down inside the 10. A score here will put us in the Super Bowl. Cooper is far to the left as Njoku settles into the slot. Moore is flanked out wide to the right. Chubb and Ford are split in the backfield as Watson takes the snap ... Here we go."

Lamm could actually be a step up in the running game, though.

At least he’s not some random dude who has never played. Lamm has been on the team for two years now and has starting experience. It could be way worse.

Luckly, the players only scripted the first 20 plays. SO, we threw those out and will just run 2 TE 2 WR sets all game. New Orleans has been doing it for 2 weeks now.

Blocking those who argue to argue, eliminates the argument.

I'd do that some for sure. I'd guarantee either Chubb and Hunt could be a semi effective FB blocker type in some running situations if they stayed in the backfield together. And don't under estimate how effective Chubb is at catching the ball either - if both stayed in and went and ran routes ... and for play-action it could work too.

Be interesting to see

1. How prepared the team is with 4 starting WRs out.
2. How creative on the fly KS can be. Can he run a few plays that he drew up in the dirt so to speak.

The more things change the more they stay the same.

No new injuries coming out of this game?

There is no level of sucking we haven't seen; in fact, I'm pretty sure we hold the patents on a few levels of sucking NOBODY had seen until the past few years.

I keep hearing over and over how we didn't have our top 4 WR's for this game. I just want to make a correction to that.

We were without our top SIX wide receivers yesterday. OBJ and Jo Jo being on IR we were using our 7th, 8th, and 9th Wide receivers yesterday.

I AM ALWAYS RIGHT... except when I am wrong.

Forgot about Takitaki leaving the game. That's a big blow. He's been playing well.

Kevin Stefanski said he’s hopeful that Wyatt Teller will practice Wednesday and will see by the end of the week on Teller and S Ronnie Harrison’s availability for this week’s game.

It’d be awfully nice to have them both (I think I’ve said this for a month now)
