Stirring stuff. I am elated.

January. We are playing. We are relevant. We are winning. WE have a game next week.

All this matters in The Land. Thanks for to night and the respectability returned to us. This was a no-doubter. Hope the Squealers watch our next game.

Love that video

"First down inside the 10. A score here will put us in the Super Bowl. Cooper is far to the left as Njoku settles into the slot. Moore is flanked out wide to the right. Chubb and Ford are split in the backfield as Watson takes the snap ... Here we go."

This is a big deal.

I am sure we all have stories of loved ones who are Browns fans.

One of my best friends is not here today. And I can not stop thinking of that. We watched games together for thirty plus years. He would have been out of his gourd.

I am sure this game means a lot to many.

I gotta say, kudos to our staff this year for digging deep to forge relationships in a very wacky environment.

From the "Four H's" to stuff like this, I feel like we may be even more tightly knit than if things were normal and we relied on the usual organic engagement. It's a huge component to our success and togetherness (imo), and probably something widely neglected by other organizations. The sign of a great leader is taking negatives and turning them into positives, learning from challenging circumstances and doing your best to be better because of them... words I've always tried to live by.

After last night, more than ever, the way the odds were stacks and the way we PUNCHED adversity square in the face -- I feel like I may be dreaming!

I'm not crying, you're crying.
