Homewood Dog Hall of Famer H Joined: Mar 2013 Posts: 4,842 Likes: 180	I remember years ago, probably around 1970-71, Clay Kirby was pitching a no-hitter for the Padres into about the 7th inning and their manager, I think it was Preston Gomez, pulled him out because they still had a chance to win the game. It caused some controversy but Kirby I believe was wild and walking batters. Anyways congrats to Joe Musgrove!!!
