Another US day that will live in infamy. Crazy 20 years have passed

"First down inside the 10. A score here will put us in the Super Bowl. Cooper is far to the left as Njoku settles into the slot. Moore is flanked out wide to the right. Chubb and Ford are split in the backfield as Watson takes the snap ... Here we go."

There is a really good documentary on this that I am watching: 9/11: One Day in America. It's on the National Geographic channel, if interested.

I didn’t start my day intending to watch the entire memorial. I’m staying in a hotel and intended to run around the town I’m staying in today.

As soon as the first names were being announced, I started watching and listening to the stories told intermittently by the survivor’s families and friends.

At a certain point, I felt that not hearing every single name would be a disservice to that person. Crazy? Yeah. But, I’m willing to be crazy for times like this.

Today I heard every single name. So many brave, innocent, and beautiful people died that day.

The pain of their loved ones was so evident, 20 years hasn’t lessened the hardship. It was interesting to see those who used it as a motivational event and those who were very bitter and angry.

God bless all of them, no matter how it affected each one of them.

This was a terrible, vile day. However, even at the very darkest of moments, it also revealed courage, kindness and self-sacrifice among not only our heroes, but also in the spirit of ordinary Americans everywhere.

God bless America.

Micah 6:8; He has shown you, O mortal, what is good. And what does the Lord require of you? To act justly and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God.

John 14:19 Jesus said: Because I live, you also will live.

There was a 911 tribute went up third ave. I'm guessing 7,000 bikers followed by cops, ambulances, undercover cops, bomb squad, military trucks and fire trucks
