Here is where the confusion comes in. I've never said Stefanski made the right call. All I was doing was trying to explain what is thought process may have been as to why he made that call. That's two totally different things. A logical explanation as to why someone reached a decision is not making an excuse for it. It's not even trying to say the decision they made was right. It's simply showing the statistics and possible reasoning as to why they made that decision.

KS felt sick about it because it failed. Would he have said it was a bad call if it worked? I get it was an unorthodox call. Was it a bonehead call? No.
I for one don't think the offense lost this game.
