If I had to rank them:

1) New Hope - The original. People like others better, but nothing is like that trench run at the end.
2) Empire - One of the best sequels ever made.
3) Jedi - People hate the "teddy bears", but this movie was all about Luke confronting Vader.
4) Rogue One - One of the few post-original movies that "gets" it. Adds "new stuff" but honors the originals. This made you want to go back and watch ANH, not go back and question it.
5) Solo - I don't think this is as bad as people made it out to be. Similar to Rogue, it fits in pretty nicely with the original movies without ruining the plot or characters from them.
6) Sith - Not a huge fan of the prequels. I felt they could have told a much better story. They seemed to be all about the visuals, and not much about the plot. Anakin fighting Kenobi for half an hour without much going on plot-wise pretty much sums up the movie.
7) Phantom Menace - This movie might have been much better with two simple changes. Erase Jar Jar and keep Darth Maul as the entire trilogy baddy. In fact part of the sub-plot of the Clone Wars series is bringing him back from the dead and letting him serve as a foil for Obi Wan who needs to temper his desires for revenge.
8) The Force Awakens - Honestly, this movie had the right idea, and might have been better than it was if had been followed up by a movie that actually took up even one of the plot elements that had been laid out. Instead, now it gets remembered for being a modernized rehash of ANH, starring a Mary Sue and two other characters that go nowhere afterwards.
9) AotC - The dialog and love story in this movie are dreadful. It's worse than Phantom, but since it doesn't have a ton of Jar Jar, people mistake it as better. This movie is probably known more for its memes making fun of it than the movie itself.

Didn't rank Clone Wars cause it's a series not a movie, so it's hard to rank.

1. Empire strikes back
2. A New Hope
3. Rogue One
4. Solo
5. Revenge of the Sith
6. Attack of the Clones
7. Return of the Jedi
8. The Force Awakens
9. The Phantom Menace
10. The Last Jedi

TLJ was such trash, I'm not seeing the new movie unless I hear good work-of-mouth reviews from friends (which would make it the first SW movie I didn't see it's opening week - Oh, I missed Solo at at the theater, but I ended up liking it on BluRay).

The Force Awakens is the only movie ever to make me scream in the movie theater. (When Han was killed.)

I also liked Solo a lot. The critics hated it. But, really, there are no humans who can fill Harrison Ford's shoes. The actor did a solid job and it was a good story

None will surpass the first, A New Hope. It was ground breaking in every way, right down to the text that opened the movie. I was 17 when it was released. We stood and waited for hours in long lines outside the theaters to see this movie. Spectacular, is probably the best way I can describe it.

Solo's death was originally in the script back in Return of the Jedi but was later changed to fufill the romanatic story between he and Leia.

I enjoyed "The Empire Strikes Back" more than any of the others.

Damn, you got the quote right! That's incredibly rare.

I know it's blasphemous, but are we at a point where it's safe to say the Star Wars franchise is simply living off the original trilogy? I didn't like the prequel trilogy all that much (it wasn't trash, but it wasn't very good either). IMO, the TFA and TLJ were terrible (TFA was okay but TLJ was a big fat zero - combined equals terrible). R1 and Solo were cool, but I don't know if I'd think they were all that great is they were their own non-SW movies.

Heck, 13 people voted and all 13 votes are for the OT. That says a little something, doesn't it?

Anybody have plans on seeing the new one this weekend?

I've been to Disneyland a few times since the new "Star Wars" land has opened up. Disney is trying DESPERATELY to push their new characters and merchandise to the forefront. It's as if they want people to just forget the old stuff and move onto "their" stuff. But nobody is going for it. It's funny, Chewie walks around the park and everyone is trying to get a picture with him. He's as popular as Mickey Mouse or a regular Disney princess. Rey walks through the park, and she might as well just be another tourist. Nobody cares.

Not at all, I don't think I've ever been so unenthusiastic about a Star Wars movie. I'm almost rooting for it to bomb at the box office, so Kathleen Kennedy is sent packing and they promote the creative team behind The Mandalorian to do movies. Critics are already iffy on this one, giving it a 57% on Rotten Tomatoes (Although, these same guys liked TLJ, so maybe it's actually good). JJ Abrams and John Boyega were already doing interviews hinting that Rian Johnson ruined the plot lines from TFA, so they had to do a lot to "correct" that.

None of the above was an obvious choice that was forgotten.

Intoducing for The Cleveland Browns, Quarterback Deshawn "The Predator" Watson. He will also be the one to choose your next head coach.

Curious what you thought of it. Almost all of the people I've talked to "liked" it. Even one of the more vocal critics of the sequel trilogy on Youtube gave it a pretty good review. But I read the plot on movie spoiler and it sounds just awful.

I'm wondering if maybe the basic plot doesn't do the movie justice, or if the movie is so covered in nostalgia, it might take awhile for that to wear off and people to realize that maybe it wasn't all that good. Or maybe it was just good enough to be enjoyable after all? The main feedback I've seen in user reviews is that it feels like they had to cram 2 movies into 1, because they had to undo/retcon/explain all the damage that Last Jedi did to the series.

I get the feeling this would have been a better trilogy had Abrams just wrote/directed all three films. This will probably be a case study in film school on how NOT to plan out a three movie trilogy.

I liked Solo a lot too. Rogue One was incredible. Probably my favorite since the release of episodes 4-5-6

I honestly like all of them except Attack of the Clones. I kept falling asleep. Phantom Menace had its moments. I still have not seen Revenge of the Sith.
