Apparently he signed with the Browns in 2015 as a UDFA but was release on Sept 5, 2015.

Tryout player. We were thin at OLB with Mingo injury I believe, and we still moved on from him.

This move is a "who cares" to me, as I don't think it's something to be threatened over.

Remember him coming out of the draft ... OLB/DE type IIRC

He's the best LB since Ray Lewis and we just let him walk right to the Steelers.. because our FO sucks....
