He is a good talent evaluator to go along with the strategy and analytics. Some of his picks are downright amazing. Emerson in the 3rd. Dawand Jones in the 4th. Alex Wright is really coming on strong this season as a late 3rd. Even Jordan Elliot has come on strong this year. No world beater, but night and day difference from last year. Owusu-Koramoah, Delpit, Newsome. Tillman is playing decent lately. Cam Mitchell is playing as a late 5th rounder. Jerome Ford is outstanding this year as a 5th rounder.
