Yep, we're screwed again.

I hate Detroit.

And I hate going to a bar/restaurant to watch a game.
Maybe I'll just head to Cleveland?

I am not a big Chris Myers fan. Daryl Johnston is above average.

Face it, Toledo is a Detroit town, and you are a Toledo TV market.

Uh, I do realize that. I expect 1 game a year.........but this is the second game this year.

Sucks, but I can't do anything about it.

We're a Browns town/area. The Browns fans outnumber the Lions fans by quite a bit around here. Unless we have one of these conflicts due to the asinine NFL rules, the Browns games are always televised locally.

The magnetism of Baker cannot be overstated. It's felt by his fans as much as his teammates. I know there are still many haters/disbelievers in Mayfield, but in 3 years almost no Browns fans will be left in that camp.

It is truly remarkable to drive lifelong Cowboys fans away from a legit contender Cowboy team to become fans of the laughingstock of the NFL (at least previously). He is force of nature and will propel us to an NFL title, I am 100% confident in this.

And make no mistake this is a special quality he has, as this did not happen with other number one picks from OU - Bradford or Kyler, or dynamic first round talents (Peterson).

Personally, I love being the underdog team, the Browns and the NFL have surpassed OU and college football for me.

Columbus has us on Fox 2 AFC Teams???
Posted By: YTownBrownsFan Re: Coverage Map and Announcers - 11/21/19 06:32 PM
Yeah, kinda weird.
Posted By: devicedawg Re: Coverage Map and Announcers - 11/21/19 06:35 PM

Looks like Nance and Romo are doing Carolina vs New Orleans. I wonder if that's because there are no good AFC games and the AFC sucks?

So anyway, it looks like we are bumped to Fox for this one...

That "magnetism" doesn't make you a Browns fan, it makes you a Baker groupie. You'd become a bungle fan if we traded him there.

I could care less what you think. You are not a true Browns fan in my opinion or you would not be running off fans.

What Browns fan did I run off?

I think the reason we were moved to Fox was the NFL moved us from a 4 PM game to 1 PM.. after CBS was set.
Posted By: oobernoober Re: Coverage Map and Announcers - 11/23/19 02:13 PM
Hold up...

The Cinci area isn't getting the Browns game and has NY vs Chi instead? That's dumb.

I would think the sequel is actually next week in Pittsburgh. It will be interesting to see how the coverage shakes out for THAT game.

Yipee! I get to see Seattle @ Philadelphia!!!!

Beats watching the Clowns.

I see that NW "OHIO" ...has once again been designated as "DETROIT LIONS" territory.

Lord, I'm sick of this fight with the TV station in Toledo that airs the NFL games as they claim it's the NFL's fault. Any attempt to contact someone at the NFL to discuss the situation...good luck...

...there is no way to contact the NFL.

I have no way to fight this idiotic reality...being force fed Detroit Lions football even though I'm closer to Cleveland than Detroit.
