I thought he was solid as a head coach but his health won't allow him to have that much stress... he's thrived in his role as a consultant... he's great at running schemes... would love to have his input for our team in that capacity

I always enjoy listening to aikman during games. He’s always pointing out ball placement with QBs and such and how important it is. It’s never just as simple as “receivers need to catch it”. Ball placement is just as important.

Based on the OT play calling I'll guess it was Zimmer.

99% of what I post is a joke or poking fun. This particular poke was for the folks going after Baker for patting the ball too much.

I think it depends on the weather in Green Bay. Seattle’s running game isn’t that good right now with their 4th string RB starting and Grampy Lynch backing him up.

The divot of turf that Wentz came up with on his facemask after Clowney helmet-drove his face into the grass says otherwise.

He was already going down, all Clowney did was alter the angle a bit of his impact with the surface. But that’s just what I saw, doesn’t mean I know anything. What I do know is McCown was grabbing at his hammy and kept playing as they needed him to keep playing because Wentz wasn’t coming back in the game because his facemask tore up some dirt.
Posted By: Hammer Re: Sunday Wildcard Thread - 01/06/20 01:23 AM
Better watch that hit again, dude. Filthy, dirty hit using the crown of his helmet no less. Hell that is spearing and helmet to helmet rolled into one. Could have made a case for ejection.

Everyone is all up in arms because people were saying Wentz is injury prone. Just outraged that people would say such a thing.

It's friggin true, that team has been in the playoffs 3 of 4 (?) years he has been QB and he has played in less than 1 quarter of playoff football.

Time for the next generation of QBs to step up and make a name for themselves. Baker better get to work as there is a huge opportunity for him in those regards.
