Back again to see if someone can make out this signature. I thought by the sig it was Billy Winn, but the #79 is very clear. #79 is not an active player on the roster. It was obtained during training camp 2012 (I think).

that is billy winn for sure. he wore 79 in training camp this year. check the browns training camp roster from the plain dealer site.
