Wow, can't believe this. Tragic news. My first thought was that video that Milk Man posted. Glad he was able to see the Cavs win one before he passed, but Cavs games just won't be the same now.

Same here. It's one of the 10 images that flash through my head when I think of June 19th 2016. Something about him breaking down on like that, on air too, so many Cleveland fans did the same.
So sad to hear about Fred McLeod. I remember not liking him when he took over, but he grew on me, and grew fast. He was such a good announcer, and worked really well with Austin Carr who I know drives some people crazy at times.
You can tell by the reaction of current and former Cavs players, media, and other NBA personalities that he was well-liked by just about everyone.
Totally agree with everyone else, it was awesome that he got a chance to call a championship win for the Cavs. He will have that moment in Cleveland's history forever. No doubt about that one.
Vert sad. I enjoyed his work, especially with the title and all. Glad he was alive for that! Defines 'just rewards.' Prayers to his family, and wishes for a Bright Path for him on his way.
