Who do you want?

If we can come out of today with Cade Stover, I'd be borderline ecstatic. Move up if you have to. I know some people want us to take Sanders, but I just don't see it there. Sanders reminds me of Akins, who we already have and seemed imminently replaceable last season. Give me the all rounder with more versatility (started as a defensive guy at OSU) and great intangibles. (I'm all for surrounding Mike Hall with good influences.) We don't really need another receiving target. Johnny Wilson is the only guy I might make an exception for.

Might also take a flier on Giovanni Manu. (Or his teammate) The potential OTs are getting pretty sparse.

Maybe take an athletic developmental LB.

Other than those start getting on the phones with potential (RB/WR) UDFAs. (George Holani, Mason Tipton)

I would like to get a running back.
My top guys left are Allen from Wisconsin and the one from ND Estime

I think we should grab a TE as well.
An athletic Lb would be nice too.

Not sure he'd last to us, but Stover would be a nice TE grab

I wouldn't mind either of those. I probably lean towards Estime.

I just think (well-rounded/developed) TEs are harder to find. I really do think the leak routes would be a huge addition to our RedZone offense. Stover sells them really well.

I think Foreman gives us the big back option already. Duce Staley allegedly loves Donta's game (and he's only 28, so plenty of tread left, I think) TE2 is more of a question mark to me.

I would love Stover as well. Cade is from my home town so personal bias there. This isn't sentimental; the kid is mentally tough, plays hard, and he produced, often called on in the clutch at OSU. Took the Buckeyes awhile to figure out how to use him; great all-around skills and were trying him a number of ways at multiple positions liked a Swiss army knife. From LB to TE is a hard move.
He has stated that some of the criticism of his abilities like blocking comes from people who don't know what his jobs were for Day. His work ethic and attitude are great for a late-rounder. Personally,
I think he has upside. Watching him, I think he wasn't used as much as he could have been; when the O struggled, CS was dialed up as some type of bail out. Not the best opportunity. He did move sticks; and in my opinion, the QB play wasn't always favorable. Simply, if he is put with better, I expect he can be better. Love to see him in the NFL. Not many folks will complain about having too many good character players. Love to see him as a Brown.

Stover didn't last.

Sorry we didn't have him available. Needed to correct Rich comment during NFL babble fest. The bull and farm and Cade are from Lexington where he played ball.
