We will probably lose but i'm just happy browns football is back!!!

just saw a picture of our new "Dawg Pound" fence .. SO dumb IMO

Have they announced the starters for both sides of the ball?

Hope for the best prepare for the worst. As a Browns fan what else s there.

It's a tall task on both ends of the ball ... maybe the biggest test all year

This game is huge. Even though it is the first game of the season, it is very important. This team needs to make a statement. Win or lose, they must look competent and leave the Steelers beaten and bruised.

These first four game are some of the most important games this team has faced in years. They could come out of this making a statement, or remain the laughing stock of the league.

Got to win in the division, or everything else is moot.

Why is this a surprise? Rookies have problems for a while. The game is too fast for them. Takes a while to adjust. Give the kids a break. If we look this bad at the half way mark THEN start calling for heads.

I will say im impressed with Kizer

He got sacked on back to back players early on and he never got rattled, no happy feet...we have been missing that in Qb for a long time. So Far Kizer has done pretty good considering the rookie status and all. Hope he can keep it up.

They are also playing the Steelers who have for years had one of the best run defenses. That does play a part.

What is your problem??? This team played hard in the first half. They are not as experienced and does not have the overall talent of the Steelers. I see a defense flying around and rallying to the ball. Only gave up 1 drive to a very good offense.

our receivers suck...Coleman is a bust, he should be cut...the guy has no separation, no speed, a complete waste of a 1st rd pick..we whiffed on that one, admit it and cut him at years end and move on.

Absolutely. He;s the youngest in the league and a rook. I think he's done quite well against a playoff caliber team in his first game.

The rush defense has been the best I've seen since 1999 so far.

Our D is much improved. Is Bell killing us running the ball? He would have last year. We are getting some pressure we didn't get any last year. This is GAME ONE in a new system. Every game they will have more experience and that will help.

The defense has been remarkably better this game, the offense is the same Browns offense as ever. Its been enjoyable to at least see improvement.

Trent Green just said pretty much the same thing. Hate to use "moral victory", but this was a big step in the right direction.

He's a rookie ... things like that are exactly why I wanted him to sit as long as possible to learn and get used to the speed of the game. We don't have a run game, so we're expecting a rookie QB to win games for us. He's GOING to get confused by pro defensive looks, so this wasn't totally unexpected.

Too many drops, Coleman balled , Crow still falls down way too easy, D still crumbles when they need a stop. Kizer needs work on not taking sacks. Overall better than what I thought.

Overall I was happy with the game today. The offense especially has a long way to go but they never gave up and showed real promise for the future... not just hope for something better.

Bengals shut out by the Ravens, 20-0.

I'm happy in that there does appear to be improvement from last year's squad. The defense will keep us in games. The offense needs to gel and Kizer will watch this film and hopefully work on throwing the ball away when there's nothing out there.

Cincy's Oline is terrible and Dalton is probably gonna get hurt.
