Lol 40 is trying so hard. Refuses to abandon ship. Oh well. 40 doesn't abandon ship because some chuckle head yells we are sinking. He looks at the facts first. Then once he sees its a false alarm (Fake News) he responds with the facts for the less knowledgeable to understand.

Lets get this third impeachment attempt out of the way so we can get on to your next conspiracy theory. I haven't seen any impeachment attempt yet. Just a congress fighting an administration so it can do it's constitutional duties of oversight. And I have seen total and complete resistance and obstruction from this president to all investigations/inquiries.

“On many occasions I have been told I should express my views and share my concerns with my chain of command and proper authorities,” he said. “I believe that any good military officer should and would do the same, thus providing his or her best advice to leadership.”
My Very Best Dawg is a lifelong friend. Elementary school to today. Full bird Colonel, USAF (Ret.). I was Best Man at both his weddings, and the principal in his last pinning-on ceremony when he was promoted up from Lt. Col. (great story behind that ceremony- for another time). I pinned him when he went O-4, as well. We have shared 55 years of life, 40 as 'Bests,' and held each other upright at the funerals of all 4 of Our Parents. Over the 30 years we've hung during his career, this was a baseline theme in all his career stories. Not how many war zones he was deployed to. Not how many times he was called upon to make hard choices in the field. He always talked about how the chain of command worked in one direction, but how the chain of communication worked in every direction. All of his stories have been human interaction stories. I can't get him to talk about the TV stiff, because he always wants to talk about the same 3 things: the job challenges, the infrastructure... and the people.I trust that the stories he has told me are true, because all my stories to him about life on the stage and in the studio have been true, as well. A 50+-year bond of trust and brotherhood has been woven between us... and on some day in the future, one of us will weep the tears of a bereaved old man who has just lost a childhood sibling. I trust and respect this man, this bro, this road dawg- this Retired Military Official (and lifelong Republican) like every person I've known who I've called called Mom, Dad, Aunt, Uncle Cousin or Grand. So when I read quotes from other military like the officer above, it rings true to me. This man sounds just like My Best Dawg, his colleagues, and every other credible brass I've ever met through him or My Family who served. I will trust the people I've known, loved and respected over the course of 6 decades, and I'll trust those who speak, believe and live like them. This man sounds like every single loved one of mine (military/public service/law enforcement) who has ever graced my life. They never allowed who was in office or what party controlled congress to influence the way they did their jobs. My Boy (as a 1st Lieutenant) called out a Lt. Col. in a staff meeting, and was thanked by his senior for avoiding a bad call made on bad intel that had matriculated up the chain. That event went into his jacket, and no doubt helped him to take his next step up. That Lt. Col. was instrumental in My Dawg's next promotion. Accountability. Live to that standard, and it orders the steps one takes in life. A man is only worth what his name represents. I will explicitly trust the word of a career military official over the word of a man who has crafted his public bona fides on a string of WWE appearances, bankrupt casinos, a ghost-written 'memoir,' sub-standard meat, bathtub-quality spirits, a fakeazz 'Reality Tv Show,' and a Ponzi scheme, posing as a "University." Truly, My Dawg.... I cannot understand why this cartoon villain has a following of any sort.

https://www.dawgtalkers.net/ubbthreads.ph...gauntlet#UNREAD$16.8 Million In Campaign Funds Went To Trump Businesses, Latest Records Reveal HuffPost Mary Papenfuss,HuffPost•October 29, 2019 0:17 2:21 President Donald Trump Picks Cash Over The Constitution Not only have the U.S. and foreign governments spent money at properties owned by Donald Trump, but the president’s own political campaign and affiliated political committees have also spent about $16.8 million at his businesses since he launched his 2016 bid for the presidency, according to an analysis of federal election spending records. Republican political campaigns and PACs have spent just under $1.8 million at Trump-owned businesses so far this year in the 2020 election cycle, according to the latest examination of spending by the nonpartisan Center for Responsive Politics, based on spending reports to the Federal Election Commission. Most of that has been spent by the Trump campaign ($1.3 million), the Republican National Committee ($123,000) and the Great America political action committee ($104,000), records show, the center reported. The Washington Post explained in a story in July how such Trump campaign events create a “two-fer” benefiting the president. When he holds a fundraiser at one of his properties, not only do donors contribute to his campaign, his business collects funds from his campaign for space rental and catering, some of which ultimately ends up in his pocket. But 48 Republican members of Congress also spent campaign money at Trump businesses through their campaign and affiliated committees, according to the center. Some of the top spenders for the 2020 cycle included campaigns for former Rep. Sean Duffy of Wisconsin ($21,000), who resigned last month, Vice President Mike Pence’s brother, Indiana Rep. Greg Pence ($14,000), Rep. Jim Jordan of Ohio ($12,000) and House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy of California ($8,000). Spending will continue to grow as the election nears. Senate Republicans are hosting a two-day “Save the Senate” retreat at Trump’s Washington, D.C., hotel early next month, according to The Intercept. Room rates during that time will be nearly triple the average, according to the watchdog group Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington. The top preferred businesses by spenders were Trump’s Washington hotel, followed by his Florida resort Mar-a-Lago, according to the center. Trump’s Doral golf resort in Miami was in fifth place for the amount of incoming campaign expenditures. Trump had planned to host next year’s Group of Seven summit of world leaders at the Doral until he backed down amid controversy over steering the business to his own property. ProPublica reported in April 2018 that campaigns and public expenditures at Trump businesses had already reached $16.1 million. It examined not only campaign spending reports to the FEC but also state government spending and federal agency expenditure records. It created an interactive spending graphic through May 2018. Citizens for Ethics ✔ @CREWcrew Whenever Trump says he's not taking a government salary, remember this: Government officials have visited Trump properties 1,502 times. Trump has been president for 1,011 days. That's nearly 1.5 visits each day Trump has been in office. https://www.citizensforethics.org/trump-conflicts-of-interest-tracking/ … Tracking President Trump's Unprecedented Conflicts of Interest - CREW CREW has tallied every public conflict of interest the Trump has racked up during his presidency, and updates the numbers daily. Profiting off the tax payer dime.
Remember, he also had trump university shut down for fraud, and had his foundation shut down due to the same thing.
We all know he’s been doing the same thing as president since day 1.

You should check out the article of Fox News and look at the comment section.
All those crazy cult followers are now saying the officer was born in Ukraine so he can’t be trusted, calling him a never trumper and part of the deep state.
These MAGA hatters love trump more than god, the country, the constitution, even their own spouses. It’s pathetic.

One of the maga mad hatters posted (on FB) their pleasure in seeing that Trump has dems sticking up for Isis on social media now... I haven't seen that at all but the comments were all about how they love Trump being in the libs heads. Nothing he does is real to them.

When will people get a clue? He just labels something as fake, a never Trumper or any other made up BS to discredit them and his supporters blindly follow along. They can't seem to see that there's one common denominator, Trump.

If Speaker Pelosi introduces a resolution to continue the secret kangaroo court-Star Chamber-partisan approach Representative Adam Schiff has adopted, then the vote will be meaningless.
If the House Democrats fail to heed the warning of the Graham-McConnell Resolution, they will be setting up all their efforts to be dismissed out of hand by the senators who have called on them for real reforms in the current impeachment process.

The House Democrats have a clear model of a fair, systematic bipartisan approach in the rules adopted by the Democrats in 1973 and by the Republicans in 1998. Former Democratic Chairman of the House Judiciary Committee Peter Rodino of New Jersey developed a bipartisan set of rules in 1973 during the Nixon impeachment proceedings. Rodino’s rules allowed the White House Counsel to be present at all hearings – including those held in secret. They also allowed the Republican minority to offer subpoenas to bring in the witnesses they wanted in addition to the witnesses the Democrats wanted.

The rules are being followed as adopted by Republicans 40. Let that sink in bro. You can't bring irrelevant facts or alternate facts into this debate and expect anyone to give you so much as an ounce of credibility.
If you are just weighing in to spread propaganda, then continue because we all ignore that anyway.

This is not alternative facts, it is however how the Democrats set things up for a true bipartisan process, and it worked.

Nancy is good at her job, that is a given. She caved on this tho.But at least there is now the potential for Due Process. House Democrats on Tuesday introduced a resolution to formalize their impeachment inquiry and adopt rules to govern the proceedings, following sustained complaints by Republicans in Congress and the White House that the secretive inquiry hasn't followed past precedent and violates the president's due process rights.

Because the Constitution states the President is answerable to the Full Body of the House, not to Nancy or Shifty Shiff.
