the Chicago player hip tossed the Browns tight end, into the ankle area of the sideline holder holding the line marker.
and this is the 2nd person on the sideline to be hit, the other one in the eye,
in the last 7 or 8 plays.

Just find it odd how many no-calls there can be, and how many ticky-tack calls there are.
