Jury selection kicks off in Hunter Biden's federal gun crime trial
Hunter Biden's gun crime trial in Delaware kicks off with jury selection on Monday. Hunter is charged with making a false statement during the purchase of a firearm, and his addiction to drugs at the time is key to the case. Hunter faces a maximum of 25 years in prison if he is convicted on all counts.

Throw away the key.

It may have been his public admission that swayed me.

If he did it and it broke the law, he needs to be dealt with. Just like Trump needs tried, so does Hunter. There is nothing that I know of in the law that says the son of a president can't be investigated and if found guilty, can't be jailed.

Same with Ex Presidents

I think you had groups of people in both situation searching (mostly in vain) for wiggle room that really wasn't there. The crimes were committed. I'm aware that we have a history of going easy on politicians and other influential people when it comes to stuff like this, so I'm glad in the rare cases where we actually have accountability being enforced.
