Oh brother.

I have this thing on my side that I suspect is a hernia, because it pops out whe I stand, but goes away when I sit ot lie down. I also have been having serious pain in my shoulder, (not the one that had the rotator cuff repaired a few years ago) and went for an MRI, and yeppers .... it's torn in a couple of places, and has a cyst in the infraspinatus muscle.


Man, I just love getting chopped up.

It might benefit your joints to spend time utilizing a swimming pool. It tends to be gentle exercise that gradually conditions the joints.

I had rotator cuff surgery on both shoulders.

The new thing with less rehab and recovery for shoulders is called:
