a bunch of targets were weapons/drone factories.

I saw that the 5.9 earthquake was a hit on an underground facility-a nuke facility?

When did war become a special operation?

I have no idea when the first time a government tried to downplay war by calling it something other than what it was. I do know the first time I myself heard of it. It was the Korean War. Truman called it a police action.

World leaders are too gutless of the optics of a declared war on another country. Better to just call it a special thing.
