Rooting for the local kid, Mitch Trubisky, today. Go Bears. I hope they win on a doinked FG that goes through the uprights this time.

no flag on Brees for grounding? C'mon.... there would have been 19 flags on the field had that been Baker

I agree. Also no flag on Gipson for forming an X with his hands in the WRs face 5 times after the play, but if Landy even looks a guy weird it's 15 yards.

One day the Browns will be the darlings of the NFL and it will be sweet.

Worst drop I think I’ve ever seen

I don't usually have any use for network TV, but I might have to watch "Clarice". According to IMDB, Thomas Harris wrote 10 episodes for the coming season, whenever that starts. Harris wrote Red Dragon, Silence of the Lambs, and the Hannibal novels.

Saints might roll in this game (probably should) .. but at least we dont have to watch another Packers/Bears game next week

"First down inside the 10. A score here will put us in the Super Bowl. Cooper is far to the left as Njoku settles into the slot. Moore is flanked out wide to the right. Chubb and Ford are split in the backfield as Watson takes the snap ... Here we go."

That ref needs to do some curls and push-ups. Ed Hochuli says his upper arms are not up to minimum requirements for referees.

Wims can't catch a touchdown

And Shelly didn't catch an interception either.

( ABC's, wide world of sports, Bringing you spectacular stories of sports from around the globe,)

" the Thrill of Victory" ,

and the agony of a Wims drop in the end zone"

Can Deshaun Watson play better for the Browns, than Baker Mayfield would have? ... Now the Games count.

Oh Gees, OK, whatever you say "JOE PISCOPO",

It's not the Bear in the fight, it's the Dog that bites him on the backside.

Big Ed Hochuli rebukes you, and suspects that your upper arms are not NFL ref-worthy.

I always like taking a shot at the end zone after a turnover on your opponents' side of the field, not a dive play.

If only I could find a cop show, or a court like a, like a, where they go to court show,
or a show where blacks and whites play off stereotypes to get into hijinks,

or, anywhere I can find a, a, a show where the hospital patient is about to die and the life is in jeopardy except for the suspense of the actions of some doctor, but not a regular doctor, but like a doctor with a quirk of some kind like aneorexia, or an out of control drinking problem,

ratings, gold! network television.

I think a good idea for a show is like 2 girls and a guy rent an apartment together to save money and one of the girls is beautiful and the other girl is just pretty and the guy kind of likes them both but - get this - he acts gay. That would be hilarious.

I'm suddenly nostalgic for a play with 19 penalties.
Can you imagine what would have to happen for 19 yellow flags,
( technically impossible, google says 7 nfl refs) each ref,
each ref carries two yellow flags, a blue marker square and his/or her, hat to throw,

but there couldn't literally be more than 14 yellow flags on the field at one time unless they brought in additional refs.

(I once saw a ref standing with two yellow flags, in their waisteband, maybe that was a college referee)
they didn't even have 19 yellows' when Myles put the helmet back onto mason Rudolph.

Refs are REALLY going out of their way to ensure the Bears get every chance and then some to stay in this game.

It was hyperbole.

Each ref has a flag. They usea hat for a second flag if needed.

Jeez, that guy just straight cold-cocked the other dude.

Also, Gipson had himself a game. Wonder if he's going to be available... would love to bring him back.

There is no level of sucking we haven't seen; in fact, I'm pretty sure we hold the patents on a few levels of sucking NOBODY had seen until the past few years.

Former Browns secondary guys had a good weekend all-around... Gipson, Poyer, and I could have sworn there was one more. All had an impact for their teams.
