It's the division round of the playoffs .........

Where are the draft threads, the threads about potential head coaches for our team, and threads about how Haslem sucks. (one or 30 of which I may have participated in over the past 5 years)

Winning is fun, ain't it.

I haven’t even checked out any mock drafts yet ... so fun

It's 1:36 PM on January 12th, 2021 and we still don't know when the Browns are picking in the Draft this April.

When I read about teams like Philly I feel thankful that's not currently the Browns. Feels nice. Keep the dysfunction to a minimum and let the team focus on what is important and the sky is the limit.

All that coaching and reorganization talk can stay in philly though, lol

I like draft talk myself. Not as a substitute for still being alive in the playoffs, but it is still fun to think about how much better we might become.

Is it unrealistic to think DeVonta Smith falls to us?

He's going in the top 10, maybe top 5, so yes, very unrealistic.

One thing we know for sure. We wouldn't get drafted if the NFl expanded the draft to 1,999,999,000 rounds.

Yea I'm usually into Mock Drafts by now this is so much better

I tried going to the store tonight, and actually made it through a section before my back went into hyper-pain mode. Then, as I was getting out of my truck, I slipped and pulled the calf muscle in my right leg.

Better mark me down for the 40,999,999,000 round, if then.

This can wait until later, but here goes,( for another thread)(after the season ends), I looked at a majority of successful years Browns made the playoffs last 5 times, ish, and wins by the Browns the following years average 4.6 or 4.333_ (depending on if you look at 5 or 6 cases)

(In hopes that awareness will help focus to avoid this, this time around)


...( Browns made the playoffs 7 times between 1980 and 1989 and won the division 4 times and reached the afc championship game 3 times)...
the final one 1989-

1989- Browns good (beat the Bills in the Division round, lose to Denver 3rd time)
1990- 3-13.

1994, Browns good, (previous last playoff victory)
1995, 5-11, and moving to baltimore.

01, building, 02' (9-7) lost in playoffs, Browns good
2003, 5-11

2007, 10-6 Derek Anderson, no playoffs but
2008, 4-12

2014, 7-9 Mike Pettine, I think this is Colt McCoy's good year
2015 3-13

2018, 7-8-1, 5-3 at the end, Baker, and Gregg Williams'
2019, 6-10, ( Was Garrett out for half the year, this year or ? when was that?) (What about Kareem Hunt suspended?)

2020, (2021)-----12-5 Knocked steelers out, Continuing -->
