Looks great. Sometimes I’ll cook a meal based on the culinary tradition of our opponent. To me, Pittsburgh is known for Primanti sandwiches. I may get a loaf of ciabatta, cut the bread slices thick. Get a pound of corned beef, and Swiss cheese. Make fries from russets, and also make slaw. Makes for a great sandwich.
