I like it. He started out slow but has turned in to a pretty solid player.

Good move.

He has played well this season and is an ascending player.

Good news! I felt that he was our most important off-season decision.

That is good to hear. He has really developed into a playmaker back there.

I like the move although it comes on the heels of a Jake Burns article chronicling how he has gotten worse and worse since week 3.

I think we could do much worse (and have) ... so I like the signing. I just hope he can remain healthy and continue to improve

"First down inside the 10. A score here will put us in the Super Bowl. Cooper is far to the left as Njoku settles into the slot. Moore is flanked out wide to the right. Chubb and Ford are split in the backfield as Watson takes the snap ... Here we go."

I like the move to extend him. Also, at a reasonable price tag.

That's probably the part I like the best. They didn't seem to have to overpay to keep him.

Intoducing for The Cleveland Browns, Quarterback Deshawn "The Predator" Watson. He will also be the one to choose your next head coach.

He is a good NFL player. Good to see.

There will be no playoffs. Can’t play with who we have out there and compounding it with garbage playcalling and worse execution. We don’t have good skill players on offense period. Browns 20 - Bears 17.

I'm waiting on this as well

I’m fearing a groin tear. It was non contact and he was in significant pain while still in the fully extended jumping motion.

I think you nailed it, and thus why there's no update yet.

I think this is just speculation but I’m posting it in case she is right.

Welp, since we're taking on older Ravens at this point, does anyone know if Ed Reed is available?

First Jones and now this?

We have simply lost too many players at this point.

we have the worst strength and conditioning group in the league bar none. Its absurd how many soft tissue injuries we have

Delpit will be on IR, almost guarantee it

we've taken some massive hits with injuries. I'm glad we're still very relevant, but at some point it has to be our downfall

I agree the injuries are ridiculous. There’s no way we can keep up. It figures the year we have all this talent and can play with anyone we are undermined with injuries. Browns luck again.

Exactly. I realize that the NFL is an injury league and that everybody has them, but look at ours:

Starting QB
Starting RB - possibly the best at his position in the NFL
Starting LT
Starting and Backup RT
Starting SS
Starting CB1
Starting FS

not to mention the Garrett injury where he's basically half of himself

Plus

2nd string QB missed time.
3rd Safety is on IR
Starting Returner is on IR
4 backup WR's missed time with injuries
I don't have an hour to get into the injuries on the o-line this year.

I agree.

I get next man up however, next man is a drop in talent.

At some point you are not going to win with all second and third string players.

Delpit was playing ProBowl level football. Sucks he’s out until next year.

We have pretty much lost the first and some of the second string of our football team. It's all heart and pride from this point.
