Absolutely agree.

Should the Browns have the fortunate luck of facing the Ravens it will be but a stroll in the park.

The Browns match-up very well against the Ravens. No Andrews. Lost the speed of Keaton Mitchell. The Ravens have a weak WR group. Truly hoping the Browns face them in the Divisional Round.

so this is the most likely AFC scenario based on Vegas odds:

1. Baltimore
2. Buffalo
3. Kansas City
4. Jacksonville
5. Cleveland
6. Miami
7. Indianapolis

There is a real chance that Miami can beat KC in round 1, which would mean IF we beat Jacksonville our 2nd round game would be in Buffalo instead of Baltimore

"First down inside the 10. A score here will put us in the Super Bowl. Cooper is far to the left as Njoku settles into the slot. Moore is flanked out wide to the right. Chubb and Ford are split in the backfield as Watson takes the snap ... Here we go."

Not sure about stroll in the park - but I would like our chances.

It seems everyone loves to play fortune teller.

Sure the Ravens have won big lately. At one point Dallas looked great. Miami has at times looked good. The Bills are charging. The Lions have been impressive. The Niners have been great most of the time.

Then there is The Browns.

The 1-0 Browns.

We don't even know who we will play yet. Nor is there a complete playoff bracket.

We have one goal. Beat the team we play.

Of all the teams that will be in the playoffs. No team has done what the Browns have done.

Often times as it seems the teams with the most momentum at the time do well in the playoffs. While the Browns certainly have that so do the ravens. And they played a very good team. A team you beat not that long ago may be playing on a much higher or a much lower level going into the playoffs. That would hold true for the Eagles in the NFC who look very sloppy going into the playoffs and it would include the ravens who have been nothing less than terror on the field to their opponents. The Browns too are playing well and with momentum. But to say the ravens, with the way they are currently playing doesn't scare the hell out of me would be a lie.

Intoducing for The Cleveland Browns, Quarterback Deshawn "The Predator" Watson. He will also be the one to choose your next head coach.

We all have a lot of emotional investment in the team, but in the end it is just a football game. It isn't life and death.

If we lose to the Jags or whoever in the first round, no doubt I will be disappointed. Sometimes a team comes out hot, sometimes flat. Sometimes the breaks go your way, sometimes not. Just the nature of officiated/judged sports.

Golf is the only major sport that is pretty much the contestant with zero officiating...sometimes a rules official has to come in to clarify various rules, but not often. You play the round, add up the score and you win, lose, or tie and go to a playoff.

It's been a good season no matter that happens next and we should be in good position to continue to be a team to recon with for the next few seasons..

If everybody had like minds, we would never learn.

There's one thing about it. I'm one who has realistic expectations. After all the injuries this team has dealt with they've already exceeded mine.
