No... you sell the CRAP out of that pick. Like three firsts and two thirds.

and pick a team with no OL, so that even having Luck might not help them enough to be a good team (looking at Buffalo)

So Ytown - let's say Colt's stat line looks something along the lines of 28 td's and 12 interceptions for 3500 yrds and the Browns finish 11-5 making the playoffs winning the wildcard game then losing in round 2 of the playoffs. Overly optimistic? Yes but who expected to see what the tribe has been doing this year?

Meanwhile Matt Ryan gets knocked out for the year in game 1 and the Falcons end up with the #1 overall draft pick in 2012.

Do you draft Andrew Luck then?

C'mon Man...lol

A lil' reality please...

Go Browns!!!

If Colt McCoy is 100% future franchise quarterback for the next ten years and we somehow end up with the number one overall pick; I would put the pick out there on a silver platter and say, "What are you going to give me?" to every team in need of a quarterback.

And like I said before, there is no guarantee Luck will even be in the 2012 draft as he is only a junior. And if he enjoys school so much why not stick around for another year?

Excellent use of the word "their/they're".

Depends. Does he look closer to Peyton Manning in accomplishing those stats .... or does he look more like Derek Anderson circa 2007?
