Any fans out there? It seams to be frowned upon by gourmet cooks. I think used sparingly, I love it. I put some in a mac and cheese last night. I love truffle salt as well and it works on lots of things. Truffles themselves are nice but too expensive and subtle for me. Give me the oil and salt I love it.

Anyone else?

It's great on all things potato, and starches in general since truffles have a subtle, easily masked flavor and starches are a good neutral base.

Truffle fries are amazing.
The truffle salt is really good on eggs.

It is like sesame oil (but worse). Add the right amount and it is good. Too much and it is awful. Unfortunately too many restaurants go to the too much side.

Not a big fan, but I get why people are.
