it's maddening to see how many players we've missed out on..further proof we need to overhaul this staff. You can have continuity all you want, but if you suck, no sense in continuing that

Our braintrust hired his personal QB coach as our QB coach.

My guess is that we tried to trade for Mariota, but Tennessee [smartly] declined. They knew what they had in Mariota. (They also turned down a huge offer for Philadelhpia.)

The most shocking thing was that Whisenhunt actually incorporated some things Mariota was familiar with. I didn't think he had it in him.

We were just told he was evidence that the "finding the QB" article was silly.

So weird to be watching actual football in the evening after watching the Browns in the afternoon FML.

I'm used to it. I usually watch the browns look like sh!t at 1pm, then watch Peyton/Brees/Brady/Rodgers/Ben/Wilson/etc at 4:30 and then at 8:30 ... it's like watching another sport

Unbelievably dumb play call by a team that has won 2 Super Bowls over the last several years. Run the ball, run the clock down, win the game. Wow. Just wow.

They can even call a pass play, but Eli just have to have a sure completion or take a sack.

Dumb all around.

Yep, at a minimum he should have just laid down.

One thing I noticed that I thought was really strange is that at first Michaels and Collinsworth did not want to criticize the Giants. They were holding back until it just wasn't avoidable anymore. Then Collinsworth reluctantly brought it up and tried to downplay it. Every single person in America was thinking the Giants are idiots yet these two clowns were going to try and gloss over it.

Yep. Bortles mag have gotten Rashad Greene killed. On a pass to the short left side, he got clobbered helmet to helmet from behind, and was laying on the ground with his arms folded upwards like a rock em sock em robot. Of course, no penalty was called because JAx doesn't have most favored nation status.

I am just waiting for Bradford to get hurt. He's playing pretty good though. I think Atlanta's defense is already starting to get gassed a little.

Phily has a FG and Atlanta is about to drive for another TD... may be 3-17 going into the half... Shanny is calling a good game

These Atlanta route trees are beautiful, who is their offensive coordinator?

(This is a joke.)

Atlanta has dominated. Philly got lucky with a crazy INT in the endzone.

As I was typing this Bradford was pressured and threw into double coverage.

Remember when we thought we made a great trade down with Atlanta and took Phil Taylor, Greg Little, and Owen Marecic, and Brandon Weeden with the compensation?

Maybe it wasn't a good idea for Kelly to turnover half his offensive line.

Bradford is not going to last long if he keeps getting hit like this. Get Tebow on the line!

I wish our D would get gassed like that.

Julio would have been a good pick I think

The trade was still better. We just botched the picks we got in return. Same with the Watkins deal.

Ryan is looking very bad... this is where I want to see if Shanny changes up the play calls or keeps Ryan in the same scheme...

Kind of comparing Ryan with Hoyer when Shanny was here last season as Hoyer started to sink

Yeah I saw hands on the hips and etc. Not an issue though until this recent Eagle drive. Bradford has been taking some pretty big hits too.
