Davis flashed potential (albeit raw) at Southern Miss. In his limited time in St Louis he put up numbers we haven't seen from a Browns QB since our return, save for one Brian Hoyer.
Those things neither guarantee his success, nor that he'll even be good....but he's young with potential and has had success in this league. I stand by the fact that he's the best QB on this roster. That's also not saying much considering the competition.
