Coaches often make the short term move instead of the long term because they are accustomed to only looking at things on a week-to-week basis.
If the coaching staff honestly believes that McCown gives them the best chance to win, then they will continue to play him. This is what they do.

Aaron Rodgers hasn't thrown an INT at home since 1994. Look it up. He's a site to watch play. Intelligent, accurate, can scramble when needed, can make any and all throws on the field and just overall has every intangible you'd want in a QB. In other words, wish we had em'

We could have had him, but we chose Leon.

I can't watch the game tonight, but if any of you are watching the Green Bay game, please put the Maloik on James Starks for me. He's my fantasy opponent's last chance to beat me. I'm up 22.7 points. If you don't know what the Maloik is, its the evil eye; a whammy. You do this whenever Starks is on the screen: Warning - do not do a Maloik into the mirror and also, use the dreaded Double-Maloik very judiciously. I once put a French figure skater on his ass during the Olympics with the Double-Maloik. He was annoying.

To be fair, it might just have been a poorly executed double-toe-loop.

I don't want Starks hurt; just to average 1.7 yards per carry, with no pass receptions or TDs.

Holding the ball too long + horrible blocking = ugly night for Alex Smith

Aaron Rodgers is the greatest QB I've ever seen. every time I watch him I think this
"First down inside the 10. A score here will put us in the Super Bowl. Jeudy is far to the left as Njoku settles into the slot. Tillman is flanked out wide to the right. Judkins and Ford are split in the backfield as Flacco takes the snap ... Here we go."

Aaron Rodgers is the greatest QB I've ever seen. every time I watch him I think this Yea, he is really, really good! Man, I wish we had him. It cracks me up how he always throws the other team off with his snap counts. Clever.

He throws the other team off kilter with his subtle movements, cadence, quick snaps, etc ... add all of that to his arm strength, knowledge, and accuracy ... and WOW

I guess by now it probably is.
