People act like Pettine has no responsibility for the product on the field. He absolutely has a LOT of responsibility. He's going to find out how much when he's looking for work next season. I'm not so sure the coach gets fired, who would you get to replace him that is better? Yeah, there's NO one that's better than Pettine.... lmao How abut ANYONE? But I'd start with Gruden. 15 million year and he's more than likely on the next plane here.... Or how about Billick? He's got a SB ring and always had the Ravens playing good ball.

We've been saying Gruden for years, if he wanted to be here he could've been here long ago. No one has REALLY tried. Haslam has to figure out that there IS no salary cap on Staff. Offer Gruden 15 million a year and I have to believe he's here.

Is SHelton even playing? I'm seeing more Meder than him Shelton needs a year with an NFL strength and conditioning coach, he doesn't have the strength or endurance to hold up for the snaps he's asked to play. He also needs a better backup for when he needs a breather.
