Sad part is Flip could be a good o coordinator, but when Jimmy can't get this defense at all in position and gives up a ton of points - it kills most his play book.

Who would want to come here?
The only type of coach we may attract is someone who has boatloads of money and needs a challenge in life. Someone who doesn't care. Someone who carries enough clout to say fu** everyone, I'm doing what I want to do. Someone who knows football and is handed the keys without interference from non football people....including Haslam. Sure lets give Farmer and Pettine BIG extensions. Lets make sure they are here for ten more yars. They've certainly EARNED a big contract extension. *snicker*

Manziel is not the problem. he is part of the answer. As he drives the ball down the field against a vanilla defense. . .

How can Haslem tolerate this stuff ? Because the fans still buy tickets, beer, ect. He could care less. Why should he change it?

WE DON'T NEED A QB BEFORE WE GET A LINE THAT CAN PROTECT HIM my two cents...

Flip is so pass happy the ONLY way he will ever be successful at OC is if he has a top five QB. We don't. He doesn't seem to realize that though...

I don't know about the answer part but we need to see him the rest of the season so we can have an idea. if we give him the rest of the season with an interim coach... he can progress. he was very very young and immature coming into the NFL and needed a season on the bench.

Highly qualified and proven are the operative words here.

The saddest part of this drubbing is that Pitts defense sucks.
