I go and play golf and lose 7 pounds. well swinging that club so many times and thats not even counting walking in the sand is pretty hard.....

lol...its when I hit it on a side of hill where no one else dares to go as its so off course. Those are the ones that kill me...walking up and down a hill its like Gassers when we were young!
Its dead zone and hard to stay on track as always this time of year.
Back to Shelton. He's going to be good real good. Mostly cause he is football intelligent, He takes to coaching, He wants to become the best and work hard for it. I liked that he stayed here all year round he actually reminds me of Browns players past who became part of the community and stayed here and show up all the time at Browns affairs. He is old school in that effect. I like it and he has success written all over him.

Just saw this video at the Brown's site. Cool story about Shelton and his dawgs in training for Veteran companion dog.
Reason I'm putting it up here is cause I was surprised how much weight he lost...hoping that its all muscle.

I love this kid and I think he will develop into a truly great player. He is already a truly great person IMHO.
You can't fix stupid but you can destroy ignorance. When you destroy ignorance you remove the justifications for evil. If you want to destroy evil then educate our people. Hate is a tool of the stupid to deal with what they can't understand.
