I don't believe that. There's much more to it than the coach. The owner and Front office play into the success or failure of an organization as well.


Fisher has final say over the roster.

Fisher has looked woefully average at best as a HC scince his run with the Titans. That being said I would take him over Pettine right now...is that bad?
