I view Fisher as a HC on the downward side of his coaching career.
In his last 4 season's as HC of the Rams, his team is averaging 6.5 wins per season, (7,7,6,6 wins).
I would consider Fisher as a candidate as DC, but not as a HC. I don't believe that. There's much more to it than the coach. The owner and Front office play into the success or failure of an organization as well. That being said I would take him over Pettine right now...is that bad?
