the penalties come from lack of good coaching. Firing pettine was fine. Farmer's drafts have been atrocious so I don't care about him being fired either.
But Sashi? C'mon man!!! Exactly. The old guys had to go. But to hire a new "czar" without interviewing anyone else? Nuts.

So, when a db is burned because he is slower than the WR and grabs the WR and gets a PI or a holding call, that is a coaching problem rather than a talent problem?

when its your 3rd string db starting its hard to say what the problem is except the coaches and the fans wish it was the starters instead ...
You can't fix stupid but you can destroy ignorance. When you destroy ignorance you remove the justifications for evil. If you want to destroy evil then educate our people. Hate is a tool of the stupid to deal with what they can't understand.
