This is how our offense should have been playing to start the year. If we can control the time of possession we might just be able to keep our defense off.

Why did Schwartz bother trying to catch that? Wasn't much effort on Schwartz's part. Came right at his chest. But better he catch it than allow a chance for the defense to pick it off. I know no one was around, but that's just the mentality needed.

I love Johnny's mechanics. His footwork is perfect.... NOT I am impressed by his velocity considering he doesn't drive the ball; he's all upper body. No wonder his elbow is jacked.

He thinks his natural ability to run around will save him so why bother studying hard?

The ball didn't make it to the LOS and there was no receiver in the area. That is grounding.

I'm not making excuses for JFF, because he's definitely missed open receivers today and has not been throwing well at all.
But can you imagine if we had some receiver that defenses had to plan for? Some receivers that would not only be a 1 on 1 mismatch, but would also put us in the opportunity to have OTHER mismatches (Benjamin or Hawkins lined up against a OLB instead of another teams NO 1 CB). It's a huge disadvantage for this offense.

Maybe if the Browns change Tramon Williams jersey number quickly,
it might take the Chiefs a couple plays to know where to throw the ball to .
Whomever Tramon Williams is covering, has gotten the ball all day.

With Beni's speed and Gordon (assuming he has the same skill when he left) that makes 2 safeties a must and could open up the running game or TE mismatches if Barnidge can continue
