Hopefully all the Manziel pimpers see how he is so very immature and could care less about this team. He is all about Manziel. If he actually cared, he would be on the sidelines studying his division opponent. If he is capable of casiono activity, he is capable of standing on the sidelines taking copious notes and trying improve his craft. Unless he knows he will not be here next year. Anyway, it appears he is a little man with an even smaller sense of dignity, integrity work ethic and ability to see his world beyond Johnny F****** Manziel. It's called egocentricity and is very common in elementary school students.

Why is the 1st pick so valuable? All it means is your team is the worst in the NFL. There are no consensus #1 pick this year. It means that you have the choice. You can pick anyone you wish. If we win and drop down to 5 or whatever, then it's likely the guy we want will be gone as usual. It's also a nice thing for a HC coming in that he can take any player he wants to start out his regime. QB, pass rusher, whatever.... Everyone SAYS there are no QB's in this draft. I find that hard to believe. But if true, top pick gets us best pass rusher, best WR, or best lineman.... etc.

Rothlesburger was taken in the 2nd or 3rd round. What we need is a GM who can find the guys that have talent and work ethic.
Farmer can't do that.

It's still a huge incentive to get a solid coach. Never underestimate the egos of these coaches. Someone will bite IF given full control. I only give full control to a very experienced coach too.
