While he is down? Billy has the life. His grandpa dumped money on him, daddy bought him a luxury car, he got paid at A&M and 1st round draft pick money in the NFL. He parties most days it seems and seriously fine women throw themselves at him in every city he goes to.

I'm sure many of us have been 'down' in life and I'm sorry but that ain't it. Maybe you will bash me again for using the name 'Billy' but you will have to ask yourself who came up with that nickname.

Except, it appears a drunken Manziel is making the story up about living with Von Miller.

Mike Klis of 9News.com reports that Manziel and Miller are currently not living together. Per Klis, Miller is living in housing provided by ABC’s Dancing with the Stars. And ABC’s Dancing with the Stars is not providing housing to Manziel.

ya know, I'm not at all happy with how he handled things here. He acted a lot like a spoiled brat. He was afforded chance after chance, opportunity after opportunity and he squandered them all. Not the sign of a mature person.

But still, I have no ill will towards him. He's a kid. Kids do dumb stuff. He did dumb stuff. I wish him well, but am very glad he's gone from the Browns.

This is a POS that hit his girlfriend so hard he ruptured her eardrum. Putting the boot to cowards like him used to be a lot of fun back in the day The reason he's down is HE PUT HIMSELF THERE. Use him as what? A ball boy? This is the dumbest human on the planet. You really got your hopes up over a brain dead loser that hasn't played significant time in three years? You thought he'd come back after all that time off and light up the league? Well, he lit up alright but his days of lighting up a football field are over.... it would be a real feat if he made it back aside from the off field stuff. He's so far out of football shape it would take an entire season for him just to be mediocre. He might never make it back football wise even if he does get reinstated. You don't quit playing for three years and get it all back in one off season.

Josh Gordon aids Johnny Manziel in hit and run

The saga surrounding quarterback Johnny Manziel and Cleveland Browns wide receiver Josh Gordon continues. The two players may not be living together but they are still clearly immersed in each other's speed dials. According to TMZ, Manziel was in the passenger seat of a car that hit a light pole and fled the scene on Saturday night in Hollywood.

Manziel was reportedly interviewed by the Los Angeles Police Department about the incident. Gordon became involved when he showed up to give the quarterback a ride after the crash. The driver of the car was a member of Drake's OVO crew and a good friend of Manziel, Ryan Silverstein.

Neither player is expected to be pursued by law enforcement for any wrongdoing. Hanging out with Manziel can not aid Gordon's case to be reinstated by the NFL.

'Drew Rosenhaus Threatens To Drop Johnny Manziel'

Agent Drew Rosenhaus has informed Johnny Manziel that he will no longer represent him if he does not get treatment, as Adam Schefter of ESPN.com (via Facebook) writes.

“I have terminated the standard representation with Johnny Manziel in the hopes of helping him get the treatment I believe he needs,” Rosenhaus said. “I have informed him that if he takes the immediate steps I have outlined for him that I will rescind the termination and continue to represent him. Otherwise the termination will become permanent. There is a five-day window for me to rescind the termination. I’m hoping he takes the necessary steps to get his life back on track.”

The former Browns QB has been on Rosenhaus’ roster of clients for less than a month. Manziel’s previous agent, Erik Burkhardt, publicly cut ties with the troubled quarterback in early February. On March 19th, Manziel signed on with Rosenhaus. Soon after, Rosenhaus asserted that Manziel was drawing interest from NFL teams despite his issues, a claim that was met with eye rolls from most football fans.

Rosenhaus’ stance comes days after a report that Manziel has been palling around with former Browns teammate Josh Gordon. Gordon has trouble of his own to deal with after failing a drug test and subsequently having his application for reinstatement denied.

The 23-year-old made eight starts and played in 15 total games for Cleveland, completing 57% of his passes (147 of 258) for 1,675 yards, seven touchdowns, and seven interceptions. His overall passer rating was 74.4.

Johnny Manziel may never make it back to the NFL, but he has made it to Page Six.

Emily Smith of the New York Post reports at the tabloid’s notorious celebrity rumor destination that Manziel rented a house in L.A. last week, and that Manziel “and his group” allegedly “left the house strewn with booze and drugs, broke an expensive glass table and a bathroom door, and left wine stains and cigarette burns on carpets.”

Real estate broker Nicholas Goodwin has demanded $32,000 from Manziel for damages inflicted on the $4.5 million house.

“They were supposed to check out at noon. Manziel was passed out,” Goodwin told Page Six. “There was cocaine all over the kitchen table, and mushrooms were still out on the table in front of him. There was booze everywhere . . . broken glasses over the floor and a champagne glass in a tree. If they don’t respond to our demand for compensation, we will sue.”

A demand letter already has been sent by Goodwin’s lawyer to Manziel’s representatives, and images of the house obtained by Page Six “show lines of suspicious white powder on a table, and an opened bag of what is claimed to be magic mushrooms.”

Agent Drew Rosenhaus recently told SiriusXM NFL Radio that Manziel has left L.A. and returned to Texas. Rosenhaus has commenced the process of firing Manziel as a client, in the hopes that Manziel will take steps to turn his life around.

It doesn't feel very long from now that one of the upcoming headlines is Manziel overdosing or being found in a hotel bathtub, lifeless. Downward spiral continues. I just cannot believe we traded up to get a person with clear cut personal and substance issues. Ray Farmer, you really are a jackass.

This time of year an app I have on my phone called "Timehop" shows everything you've posted during this time, from years past. So 2 years ago, I see on my twitter that Ray Farmer could not stop talking about two QB's.....Teddy Bridgewater and Derek Carr.

Anyone who thinks that Johnny Maziel wasn't 100% Haslam over stepping his team is grossly misguided.
