Imagine that...and there are some on here that will go on and on about players being overrated and that "we lack talent" but guys like Sheard, Ward, and Rubin find success on other teams. Had we had a decent coach and GM that will work on retaining our home grown talent, we may have had a good team.

Oh well, such as the misery of being a Browns fan.

That or a 43 base defense.

I'm tired of the 4-3. I hope we bring in a HC that runs a 3-4.

Yes Vers, it is very much a domino effect. You draft talented guys, you develop them, you remain consistent in what you do so they can grow in the system, and you pick up the occasional free agent to compliment them... all 4 of those things we are generally lacking in.

I did hear one guy talking about how Sheard was discussing a couple simple techniques he learned with the Pats that made him a whole lot better... so as usual, I began to wonder, what are our coaches teaching?

Hey DC..............this is off topic, but I know you are a huge Maryland fan.

What was up w/Stefon Diggs lasting until the fifth round? I remember that he was known as a talented guy. I seem to remember some off the field stuff, but I really can't recall.

Care to give a brother the scoop?

Don't need one. Pet did not wish to use Sheard in his initially overly complicated joke scheme, and Ray-ray had other battles to maintain the JH head-pat at the time.
