And some people like complaining more about what other people post rather than posting their own thoughts. I put plenty of positives in there. God forbid I post my own thoughts.

Some people just aren't happy. We just won 5 of 6 straight road games against some pretty good teams, and demolished the Rockets the night after a gruelling game vs SA. It's January, not April. Blatt's still experimenting with the rotations. Lebron and Love SHOULD be taking it easy and doing just enough to win so they can have a full tank when the games really matter. You can't go 100% for 82 games. Personally, I don't think they're resting Lebron enough. He should be taking more games off. I agree about resting lebron more,Blatt really has struggled with his rotations. He really needs to watch SA and GS, they use just about everyone on the bench, regardless if its their best matchup, during the regular season thats what you do. Andy not getting more time is just criminal, he's our best big defender and he and TT on the floor together are chaos. Andy is also our best PNR big because of his passing and ability to hit that 15-17ft jump shot. I'll take 5-1 on the hardest stretch we'll see this year. Monday is going to be a huge game, don't care what lebron says, it frustrates me at times he's so nonchalant about games the fans care about, You have to prove you can beat GS and SA at some point and you may not care about it, but the rest of the team needs that confidence. The ASB is coming at a good time, give Blatt some time to look at his rotations and see how he can reduce minutes for his guys.

Outside of the first line, the entire rest of the post were my own thoughts. And that entire post was directed at the comments about Lebron and Love dogging it. You expect them to go 100% all season long? All of our best players were injured and/or gassed by the time we reached the finals last year. It's a loooong season.

i've said it before, he's the best in the game. That was a good one, but one i liked better was dribbling full speed like stopped instantly, crossover and went to the rim while beverly was just standing at the 3 point line wondering wtf...the rest of the game it looked like beverly had his own personal beef with kyrie. Kyrie went to work after that and destroyed him..it was funny, houston is done, that team will be blown up before trade deadline I laugh at the myth that Kyrie isn't very athletic. Dude can stop on a dime.

I know those are westerns teams.
But I want to remind everybody that you guys were doom and gloom last year when we couldn't beat Atlanta in the regular season.
And y'all saw what happened with that in the playoffs.....

Yeah, that was sick. I was clapping/yelling when he did that and finished it off to boot. Unreal.

And y'all saw what happened with that in the playoffs..... As good as the Warriors were last year, the Cavs could have been up 3-0 in the Finals (may have still lost it after that, but that's a different discussion). And all it takes is one injury to flip the outcome of a series. If Curry twists an ankle or Leonard pulls a hammy, anyone can beat them. Keep jelling as a team, stay healthy, and see what we can add at the deadline.

Thank you for pointing out that it is only January and that it is a long season. I would have never figured that out by myself.

Sounds to me like you expect them to go 100% every night, and I suggested that it's a long season and they should keep something in the tank for the games that matter.

I honestly dont know how they do an 82 game schedule plus all the travel. It is definitely a marathon.

Yep.
And this is why blattt needs to continue experimenting with the rotation, and he needs to get real deep into our bench.
One thing that GE has that we COULD is that they have a entire second unit that plays meaningful minutes, even down the stretch.
We need to develop the same. Guys that can keep the momentum going and not be a liability so that our starters can stay as fresh as possible.

Have you notice though that many times we play better without Lebron on the floor? Thats because with Bron on the floor there is no ball movement.

True, but without bron on the floor, there is no finals.

With no Lebron we're lucky if we get out of the East.

True, but without bron on the floor, there is no finals. Without LeBron the Cavs are a lottery team (no LeBron means no Love, Mozgov, Smith, etc.).

Warriors lost by 18 with Curry scoring 38. Drummond devoured the souls of their small ball lineup.
There's a very real chance San Antonio catches Golden State. The Warriors are only 2 games ahead in the loss column and face Cleveland Monday.

I wonder what team will show up today? The one where we play good offense AND defense? The one where we play good O but horrid D? Or the one where we're cold on both sides?
I dislike these high profile games, we're just not playing consistent enough to have that faith we can roll em'. Excited about tonight though, very excited! GO CAVS!

GO CAVS! right now I don't have alot of confidence the cavs can win consistently against contenders. They really need a good outing tonight to give everyone some confidence and silence the critics. Found this today, pretty good read on Love and Kyrie return..great analytics in it http://www.fearthesword.com/2016/1/17/10...ing-about-loves

Don't know why these guys can't get shots to fall consistently. GS comes out and from the get go shots are sinkin' from the parking lot.

The Warriors were embarrassed by Detroit. They're ticked off. This isn't just about the Cavs (though, that's not an excuse).

Not sure but I'm sick on us consistently getting outcoached. Our schemes suck on both ends, we have no ability to play small ball

delly still isn't an NBA player imo he gets too much love . He's getting destroyed by other guards. No doubt in my mind we need to make some trades

Why aren't we trying to hit from the outside like that? because unlike us, GS can actually play defense

Delly was a good story last year, but the dribble near the basket then throw it up in hopes of a basket has gotten old.

Sure don't look like it. Kinda wondered if they just got a bunch of 'scorers' hoping that defense wouldn't matter as much.

Excuses aside, Cavs are the third best team this year.

What a freakin joke, bunch of scrubs. Stop running the damn offense through the black hole known as Lebron. I almost wished he'd go down with an injury so we could see if these guys can play as a team

wowβ¦20 pts down with guys that should be able to (and have quite recently) make shots from the parking lot just like these guys.
Rather shocking.

I don't care who is why we aren't scoring! Doesn't look to me like anyone is scoring! It's just no class to be wishing injury on another human! I don't care what team they play for!

If the Cavs make it to the Finals again this year and its against the Warriors once again? I just don't think they can beat Golden State and win it all. They're just too good. A lot of it simply boils down to this (at least to me): The Warriors seem to make a lot of their shots and the Cavs seem to miss a lot of theirs, at least when they're playing them.
We are getting owned.
