By no means am I a political expert, but wouldn't you say 8 years of Obama was better than 8 years of GW? That's like saying the Browns 7-9 season in 2014 was better than the 4-12 season the previous year. Once the smoke, mirrors and bs of "hope and change" wore off it led to a 3-13 season requiring a complete blowup of the organization. I would argue the greatest achievement in 8 years of Obama, is restoring global street credibility, the US brand took a serious hit after 8 years of GW. Some of that had to do with breaking through walls we perceive. Our Allies no longer trust us, Libya and Yemen are no more, the middle east is in shambles and attacking the West and he has doubled our National Debt in less than 8 years, burying future generations in massive debt. OBAMA! Hope we can change it. If I borrowed $10 trillion dollars and took the Liberals on a world wind tour, they would think I was the Cat's Meow because they can't think beyond their feelings.

Fun Fact!!!
As of now both Trump and Bernie need to take 57% of the remaining vote to be the nominees of their parties!
Somehow Trump is inevitable and Bernie has no chance... LOL

BERNIE 2016! Here comes Bernie! The only way Bernie gets in is if Hillary's world comes tumbling down with some charges that stick. The dems don't have the balls to stand up to the Clinton machine and will do anything to keep Bernie from getting the nomination. That superdelegate fiasco is really hurting him.

BERNIE 2016! Here comes Bernie! Bernie may need 57% of the vote not counting the Super Delegates, but counting those who have committed to one candidate or the other, and he needs over 66% of the remaining delegates. One big difference between the Democrats and Republicans is that the Republicans have winner take all states, and I don't think that the Democrats do. So, with the presence of Super Delegates, it is possible for Sanders to win a state by a 75%-25% ratio, and yet not win the overall delegate count. In many states, if one Republican candidate wins 50% + 1 vote, they take all of that state's delegates. The Democrats require a delegate count of 2383 to win the nomination. Counting Super Delegates, Clinton has 1712. Sanders, counting Super Delegates, has 1011. There are a total of 4755 delegates. (regular and super) So, with 2723 having been allocated, there are 2022 left to be awarded. Clinton needs 671 to win the nomination. Bernie needs to win 1372. This means that Sanders needs to win at a better than 2-1 rate in the remaining states. Bear in mind that the Democrats do not have winner take all contests, so Sanders cannot win the entirety of any state's delegates. Could Sanders win the nomination? I suppose anything is possible. Will he? I don't think so. Let's say that he and Clinton split NY somehow. That would be a huge win for Sanders. In reality, though, it would all but end his chances, as she would then add 145 or so delegates to her count, lowering her required delegates to 500 or so. (depending on how the vote splits in Wisconsin) I know you love Sanders, and think that he stands a chance, but he really has almost no chance of winning the nomination. Oh, and as far as Trump being inevitable, I think that more and more political observers expect the Republicans to have a contested convention, where no candidate has enough delegates to win the nomination. He "could" win if he wins 57% of the vote, but he also has to win that ratio in the right states. If Cruz wins Wisconsin with over 50% of the vote, then he wins almost 100% of Wisconsin's 42 delegates. Trump currently has 736 delegates, He needs 1237 to win the nomination. If he gets nothing from Wisconsin, then there will be 706 delegates remaining, and he will need to win 502 of those. That becomes a much steeper climb. I don't see Trump as inevitable at all.

And there is also the reason so many of the young are Democrats and Liberals. Just as the puppy stumbles around getting into trouble he has yet to become wise and nimble.
A broad sweeping generalization. Dems and liberals are not confined to only the young.

I saw that poll and I have to agree with it because Gallup is an honest agency, but what is astonishing is that the Dem. party didn't field 1 minority as opposed to the Repubs having LATINO and BLACK CANDIDATES not just angry old white people talk about a racist party

Somebody needs to take her drunk ass off the stage.

SYRACUSE, N.Y. – Hillary Clinton snapped at a Greenpeace protester. She linked Bernie Sanders and tea party Republicans. And she bristled with anger when nearly two dozen Sanders supporters marched out of an event near her home outside New York City, shouting "if she wins, we lose." http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2016/04/...ml?intcmp=hpbt2

Funny part about that greenpeace incident? The person asking the question wasn't even affiliated with Bernie, nor was she asked by his campaign to ask that question.

Trump is not inevitable, but Bernie can not win because the fix is in for him. I agree the fix has been in on Bernie from day one. Corruption is so pervasive in the political system that honesty is all but a thing of the past. The level of corruption on both sides is eye popping for most Americans. I think its likely and I remain hopeful that will see at least 2 candidates run as independents before this is all done and Bernie will be our next president as a result. The more people learn about Bernie the more popular he becomes, that isn't hopeful thinking on my part either, in virtually ever primary he has started out as a huge underdawg and in the states where he has campaigned aggressively he has closed those huge gaps in every instance. With more time between primaries I would make a wager that he overtakes Hillary in NY as well. This thing isn't over but my money is on Bernie running as an independent and kicking everyone's ass.... I can't stand her. She reminds me of some brainless airhead sorority girl. Trump makes a big mistake with parading her around.
I get why he does it. He wants peace with women. But he could have picked someone with a brain.

Clinton is starting to fall to pieces. Now she says Bernie will not pick a date out of the 3 her camp offered for a debate in New York. One of the nights is the night of the NCAA Men's Basketball National Championship. She is the lowest of the low. Just debate him Hillary and do it when people will watch. http://www.cnn.com/2016/04/02/politics/hillary-clinton-bernie-sanders-debates/index.html

Bernie is definitely winning in the momentum...I saw something recently that said he currently has 1037 pledged delegates. This time 8 years ago Obama had 1019 delegates.
Wisconsin's primary will be very interesting.

Wisconsin, New York, Pennsylvania and California will determine this one. And regardless who wins, I think it will be much closer than anyone imagined.

The standard Liberal response these days, it wasn't my fault, it was the guy before me. When you find yourself in a position of power, try using that line on your boss as things around you fall apart. That's as dumb as the person on here (No I don't remember who it was) that told me that the problems we had just after Obama took office were on him. That persons reasoning was, well, he's the president now so it's on him. Not sure I've ever heard/read anything dumber that that.
