According to the article I posted above,everybody pretty much gets a free pass on the new "nazi law" for a while.

What I heard tonight is they are expected to remove the ashtrays and post the signs. If someone calls in a report a letter and a copy of the "law" will be sent out to the business but they will not be cited.

There are signs on every door at the spa....so far people just point and laugh. And, until it's LAW, I wonder if a business owner really cares how many nasty letters they get from the state.

The restuarant owners they talked to said they were planning on complying.

I have the same understanding as you do Lama. According to the article I posted on the previous page,not only is the letter all that happens,but any letters sent out,do not constitute a previous violation of the law when it is formerly ennacted.

So it's basicly something they will not and can not enforce untill such time as the legality is worked out. They'll basicly just waste tax dollars sending out letters that mean absolutely nothing with no fines or penaltys untill the problem is solved.
