Seems like Ramsey or Tunsil would be a better fit than Buckner for SD.

This is a tough one. I would go with Zeke, but I doubt the Browns are going that way. Treadwell is my 2nd favorite. I might just go with the Colts trade and pray he drops that far.

I like Treadwell, but I don't think he goes that high. He is probably an 18 to 32 guy.

For comparison, where would you rank Doctson?

Then trading down to #18 makes sense, at least to me. smile

Same range. I like how he fights for the ball. Better game speed than track speed. I'm not knocking either him or Treadwell. I hope we can get either of the two or Coleman.

I think Coleman probably goes before the other two, but I am just a schmuck on a message board, so there's that.

Dropping Tunsil even further...which again would mean dropping every other OT in this draft.

Dallas then would pick either Ramsey or Bosa...jmho

The rumor is that some teams have Stanley over Tunsil.

This seemed fitting to add in here.

Seven trades you might see in the 2016 NFL Draft

http://www.cleveland.com/nfl-draft/index.ssf/2016/04/seven_trades_you_might_see_in.html

CLEVELAND, Ohio – Eagles quarterback Sam Bradford reportedly wants out of Philadelphia.

Could a deal come during Thursday's NFL Draft?

Bradford informed the Eagles on Monday of his desire to be traded after the franchise moved up to the No. 2 spot in the draft. Let the rumors fly.

With the first two picks already being swapped before Thursday, more can come. Here are seven trades that could happen in the first round.

1. Eagles trade Bradford to Denver or the New York Jets.

Their deal with the Browns likely signals a quarterback – the left-over player between North Dakota's Carson Wentz and California's Jared Goff – will be the pick at No. 2.

Bradford signed a two-year contract with Philadelphia this off-season that pushed his cap numbers to $12.5 million for 2016 and $22.5 million for 2017, according to overthecap.com. Who can take on that deal?

The Broncos only have about $6 million in cap space. The Jets have about $3 million. Both teams must also pay their draft picks.

The Broncos and general manager John Elway already wanted San Francisco quarterback Colin Kaepernick to restructure his contract and make a trade possible, so the same would be asked of Bradford.

Teams without franchise quarterbacks and enough cap room are the Browns and 49ers. Maybe the Eagles can get back some of the picks they surrendered last week by dealing with their former coach, the 49ers' Chip Kelly.

2. Browns trade Joe Thomas to Seattle.

While on the subject of active players on the move, let's address the big elephant in the room – or left tackle in Cleveland.

The Browns added Alvin Bailey in March from Seattle, so the circle of life continues in this deal. Seattle lost Russell Okung via free agency to Denver. Coincidentally, the Broncos wanted Thomas last year. Now Seattle is void a left tackle.

At least the Seahawks' No. 26 pick comes back in this proposed deal. Here, the Browns can take TCU wide receiver Josh Doctson or a quarterback.

3. San Francisco finally trades Kaepernick to Denver.

Remember that whole restructured contract to bring Kaepernick to the Mile High City? Elway reportedly placed a fourth-round value on Kaepernick, but Denver has no picks – only a compensatory selection – to trade in that area.

Elway must give in and offer Denver's third-round selection (No. 94 overall). Only four compensatory picks separate No. 94 from the fourth round anyway.

This further opens the door for San Francisco to eye its quarterback of the future.

4. Indianapolis picks up Baltimore's No. 6.

Back up the Mayflower truck. One more asset is leaving Baltimore in this proposal.

The Ravens give up their prime spot in the first round to the Colts, who need a tackle. According to the NFL Draft trade value chart, Baltimore's No. 6 pick requires Indianapolis to at least surrender its top three picks -- Nos. 18, 48 and 82. The Colts are still 100 points short of the 1,600 value that comes with Baltimore's No. 6.

Considering a team's desire to pick more than once in the first three rounds, here is the compromise: Baltimore's No. 6 for Indianapolis' No. 18 and a first-round pick in 2017.

The Colts will be strapped for cash if they re-sign Andrew Luck to a longterm deal, and shedding a future first-rounder can save them from eventual cap casualties. Adding a left tackle in Mississippi's Laremy Tunsil or Notre Dame's Ronnie Stanley also can entice Luck to stay.

5. Browns trade down to No. 13 with Miami.

Ohio State running back Ezekiel Elliott would be the pick here. If not here, perhaps San Francisco's No. 7 spot works for the running back-hungry Dolphins.

Miami lost Lamar Miller to free agency and failed to pry C.J. Anderson from Denver. The Dolphins' No. 13 pick and third-rounder at No. 73 is almost enough to equal the value of No. 8. Miami falls 25 points short on the draft value board.

The Dolphins have two options: increase the third-round pick to a second-rounder, which is No. 42 overall, or add a later pick. Miami's fourth- or fifth-round choice is enough.

6. Browns trade down to No. 15 with Tennessee.

Armed with more picks from his trade with the Los Angeles Rams, Tennessee GM Jon Robinson owns three selections in the second round. CBS Sports' Jason La Canfora reported the Titans want back into the top 10.

A move here nets Tennessee a left tackle; likely Stanley or Michigan State's Jack Conklin.

The Browns then can take a new No. 1 receiver in Mississippi's Laquon Treadwell. To make this drop, Cleveland requires one of Tennessee's second-rounders. Any of them will clear the 1,400-point value of the Browns' No. 8 pick. That means the Browns' No. 8 for Tennessee's Nos. 15 and 45 works.

7. Tampa Bay trades future No. 1 to take Jalen Ramsey.

Buccaneers quarterback Jameis Winston is lobbying Tampa Bay to grab his former Florida State teammate.

Tampa Bay's first four picks this year -- Nos. 9, 39, 74 and 108 -- fall short of the 2,220-point value for No. 3 overall. Dallas will eye Ramsey at No. 4, so the Bucs must offer their ninth pick and next year's first-rounder to keep him in the Sunshine State.

A lot of buzz with Miami and Tenn talking with the Browns, I believe chances of us drafting at 8 are getting slimmer and slimmer.

also WR Keyaris Garret is a player to remember in the 3rd.

This would be the Option I prefer.. one more high pick in the top 100 and still have a first round pick as high as #15, giving the Browns 3 picks in the top 50, 5 in the first 3 rounds, and 7 picks in the top 100. The question is.. would this trade qualify as "knocking the socks" off the Front Office, or would they need more, maybe an extra 4th round as well ? I guess it all depends on how badly the Titans want to move back to the top 10. After all, their move out of #1 may have changed all the Browns plans for the draft to begin with.....

I posted about this scenario yesterday, but I think, if we can get a bidding war between Tenn & Mia, we can get #33 rather than #45, and get back-to-back picks to start the 2nd round. Imagine getting Treadwell or Doctson, Spriggs, and Dodd or Ogbah.

That is a good deal but I believe they may trade again if Paxton Lynch is available @ 15, the Jets would give us whatever we ask ... JMHO

I think that is Draft leaked rumors. Tunsil's pass pro is way better than Stanley. Stanley is said to be best at OG or RT. Tunsil LT

jmho 2 days before the draft and we will believe RUMORS???
I could be wrong just doesn't make sense to me.

Schneider is John Schneider, GM of the Seattle Seahawks.

This is a great draft to have a bunch of mid round picks.

This is where I hope we go. 15 with one of their high 2nd rounders. Man I want 33.

Target Treadwell or Doctson. #1 WR Impact. The best of the bunch. Solid draft philosophy. NOT the 4th best of anything.

If we want to go offense heavy early? Henry RB at 32?

Then comes 33 or 43.

Spriggs OT. Can this guy go to RT in the NFL? Sucks we lost Shwartz.

With 32 and 33 we can go with projected 1st rounders that slipped to day 2. There's always 3 or 4.

I'd love 32 and 33 ... that would make for some very interesting options and discussion throughout Friday ... we could control all of it

There is no other way to break the curse than to pick there and win.

3. I think how much the long-term prognosis for Myles Jack’s knee affects his draft stock depends greatly on the team. Jack told The MMQB earlier this month that his surgery last fall to repair his meniscus preserved the entire cartilage disk and in fact sutured it to the bone to prevent any future issues, but some teams are concerned he may need additional procedures on his knee down the road, possibly the tricky microfracture surgery. This is where a team’s current situation comes into play. Say you’re the Giants, sitting at No. 10, with a 35-year-old franchise quarterback. So what if you’re not 100 percent certain Jack’s knee will hold up past four or five years? That’s your window with Manning, and you have a desperate need now for a versatile linebacker like Jack. But for a team like Cleveland, at the start of a multi-year rebuild, securing a long-term building block in the first round might take priority.

Quote:
4. I think, speaking of the Browns’ rebuild, they would love to trade down again in the first round. They want, more than anything else, good value wherever they pick. Taking Lynch at No. 8, for example, would not be a value-driven pick.

Dang Deputy ---- you're smarter than I look! smile Nice call. I am a little disappointed you didn't factor in the fact it's next years second round pick!
