I don't get this "victim card" junk. You are the fourth person to say it today. I do NOT feel like a victim. Not even close. I'm simply pointing out that a bunch of you don't like ulterior opinions and work very hard at dismissing those opinions. It's so bad that many guys quit posting because of all the abuse they got for questioning Farmer. I don't run away because I do NOT feel like a victim when I have logic and reason on my side.

And 95% of them were Browns fans. I still remember the 94 season when the Colts fan got a 'swirly' for applauding a Browns injury and making sure everyone saw him.

Just go back to our exchange earlier in this thread where you make the "German/American" comparison.

First, you infer that I implied something in my post that only you could have twisted into an understanding that only you could've gotten from it, and then went on to claim to be a victim of "persecution" for your posts that don't "follow along with the plan."

Just go back and read that exchange. See if I really said what you claimed. See if you bring up being "persecuted".

And that's only one.

I started going through your posts compiling a list of your "victim posts" but then thought it a ridiculous endeavor. It made me feel like I was on the border of an act of vengeance which is insane because I don't feel that way.

See, I find more humor in it than anything. lol

But hey, the same thing has happened after every draft on here since 1999. Seems that the logical conclusion is that all of the sunshine crowd are batting at 0-16.

Yet it happens every year!

And you can't see the humor in that?

Yes, it is funny, because we both know how it's going to play out. About the time we're 2-10 those same people will be bashing. We've read that book before. It has happened every year I've been on the board. This is the first year I've seen anyone complaining about it as though it's something new, unfair to others and needs to be shut down.

Everybody has their own opinions. If one doesn't like another's opinion then they can point that out, and that goes both ways. But to take that stance of, "People don't like my opinion and they tell me about it and that's unfair", seems silly as hell and yes, humorous.

People disagree on here all the time without it being called unfair. That's a new one. I don't notice the sunshine crowd being mean. They just try to bring up their reasons for their opinions, making sense or not. To me they don't seem malicious as it is being portrayed by the offended. The few times I thought I noticed a bit of mean in it has usually been a post in kind.

If the offended doesn't agree, then he/she could respond with a counterpoint, rather than request that the unintentional offender doesn't defend his/her opinion.

There are arguments on here all the time. I remember a few years ago you and I had a knock-down-drag-out heated discussion that probably went 2-1/2 pages of almost nothing but you and me posting long-winded posts. (I have no idea what it was about anymore) Others stayed out of it. In the end we agreed to disagree which isn't much of a victory but it was at least a resolution without anyone crying foul.

What the heck are you talking about? A victim is someone who is abused. You guys can't abuse me. You don't have the substance to back it up.

I stand by the Nazi/American comment. That doesn't make me a victim. I would have been the German who helped hide the Jews from the Nazis. I am the southern guy who would have worked w/the Underground Railroad.

That's not being a freaking "victim." It's about kicking the mob's ass!!!!

Why do they not consider this part of our draft? These are picks we didn't have when th e2015 season ended. These should be factored into our draft ratings. If we would have drafted Wentz at 2, we probably would have scored higher. So then why do our picks not count?

I don't agree with all of our picks, but I think we did well, and set ourselves up for next year in the process.

I'm guilty of being a consumer of the draft. I really love it. My two favorite sports are college football and the NFL, so obviously the draft is something I am going to like. I enjoy seeing what all the teams are doing, where all the players end up. The trades, all the breakdowns. I really think it's a great 3 days.

I really don't need grades, and the thing is, everyone, including the person handing out the grade, knows it's a crapshot, at best. Mel Kiper is a pretty smart guy, he's been doing what he's been doing since he was a kid, and I'd be willing to guess that being asked to hand out grades is just dumb, and unnecessary. The draft coverage wouldn't fall off if you removed that part of it.

I don't know if the Browns new draft class will be any good. The only thing you can really grade is the positions drafted. In that case, I thought we did pretty good. Our weakest group was heavily addressed. You drafted a tackle. You grabbed a developmental QB, and found a pass rusher. Your front 7 was also addressed pretty strong.

To judge what these guys will be over the next 5 years is just stupid.

Your numbers are off, the Greater Dallas Metro are has a population of 7M+ and this does not include the large Mexican fan base market that Dallas and the NFL is continuing to tap. Not to mention, Dallas is one of the fastest growing areas in the U.S.

Dallas - Ft. Worth Metroplex population = 7,102,796

And, you're correct, when we win, the press will be more favorable.

What you got was the population of Dallas, just Dallas. That 7M+ figure is the Dallas-Ft. Worth Metroplex population, which includes Fort Worth and all of the surrounding communities. Two radically different numbers representing two different things. You're both correct.

And, a few posts above, the over under is 4.5 wins? Seriously? Is that just for this next season?

I'd honestly be surprised if we won more than 3.

The only way we do is if RG3 rekindles his rookie self ... and that still won't get us much more than 4-5

"First down inside the 10. A score here will put us in the Super Bowl. Cooper is far to the left as Njoku settles into the slot. Moore is flanked out wide to the right. Chubb and Ford are split in the backfield as Watson takes the snap ... Here we go."

But to put it in perspective, Dallas has one thing that evens out the population imbalance a bit....

Other things to do in December.

They aren't all locked up inside like we are and can go out and enjoy themselves. They have many other things competing for their time.

The Miami metro area has a shade over 6 mil people and they have a hard time selling out a 17,000 seat Arena for the Miami Heat with a perpetual playoff contender on the court.
