I think in a game 7 your bench production isn't really going to mean much. Coaches are going to play their guys 40+ minutes. Nerves will be extremely high and coaches want to play the guys they trust the most and that's their starters. I think that favors us.

The wife and I are tempted to skip Cali and come up to Cleveland and meet up with people from this board...I dont know what to do..see it LIVE or be in the city and feel that experience...I am torn...anbd dont want to leave my friend out but damn if I cant get it from the Browns the Cavs will do. Anyone want to explain to me why Steph Currys wife flipped out when told to act like Lebrons wife? People can say whatever they want about Lebron, but his wife has always been a class act. Hell, I'd venture to guess she's a huge reason why Lebron is back in Cleveland.

Thats funny...let me see...LBJ because he is from my wife's home town..and my sons was born there he wouldve been my favorite followed by Andy..then Z.

When I was younger I never connected to Cavs basketball..I liked the Pistons. Though I did keep up with the Cavs when Jordan was beating them...my parents was born and raised in Ohio I was born in Cleveland and its why I always been a Browns fan. My father made sure of it.

So because of my wife and where LBJ got drafted I watched and backed the Cavs. Idk life is a funny thing.

I think the big difference in game 6 is that the cavs had fun. They weren't nervous at all and rather seemed to enjoy themselves. If the play loose and have a good time they'll win but if they play tense, GS wins. Jmo

I agree with that, but who is more tense right now? Us or GS? they have to be wondering what happened to the 3-1 lead and have a lot of pressure on them since they are the favorites. Missing Bogut has made a huge difference for their interior defense, they have a ton of adjustments to make, and I'm sure they've made some. Hope Lue has our squad prepared.

well I think with game 7 the pressure is all on GS. Cavs have self imposed pressure, but GS has been the favorite all season, everyone expected them to win already, and yet here they are, crumbling before the world..and oh, we have lebron..

Sickens me to see people making profit off of a charity donation ticket.

People selling these tickets for 200 a piece, and people are paying.

I have a feeling Curry is going to try to win the game himself, he hasn't had a great series, didn't have a great one last year..

I would throw everyone at him early, make him give up the ball, if he gives it to Klay, make him give it up too. Double team the Splash Bros all night. As soon as they cross half court..

Offensively.. I would Release LeKrakken.

The key to the Cavs winning are stopping Klay and Green. Curry can't win games by himself.

And offensively:

-the Cavs need to attack the rim. And don't stop.
-Lebron's jumper needs to be on point.. if not.. ehhh

I think this also...I was thinking about this game....if this sounds awful my bad...I would put in Mosgov who I like to call Ogre and have him lay on Iggy's back or hard foul him right good. Watch him make the dumb Ogre face he does and have him check Curry also if he starts going off.

Nothing illegal or get kicked out over just some really physical play. Seems GS doest deal well with being roughed up a bit.

That has been my thought all along. You need to knock these guys around as they are a finesse team. I loved when we put Mozgov in early in game 3 - all he did was set screens, many of them fairly hard.

Yep...they GS doesnt deal with physical play real well and tend to lose their composure a little easy..specially when the refs eat their whistle a couple of times.

But Id put Mosgov in for just this reason alone.

I think we all agree Lebron is the greatest Cavalier player in franchise history, but is Kyrie going to be #2 on that list? He's already top 10 on the franchise all time scoring.

I'd love to see either a flat out stomping of GS..OR it comes down to a last shot no time left and LBJ sticks either a jumper or goes to the rim hard and finishes with a slam.

I would be in a coma for a week if the last scenario played out..from celebrating.

What made that so great was everything that happened before. The Magic had come back from something like 20 down. Turkeyglue hit a near buzzer-beater with a second to go which felt like a complete dagger and just about everyone older than 20 had felt that the other shoe had come crashing down on us.

Lebron had shot like crap that entire game too. This is back when he just started his whole "hero-ball" long-jump-shot thing. Our only hope felt like we had to take a quick little alley-oop close to the rim to get a lay-in. But instead Lebron jumped out, caught the ball at the three line and launched a hero shot. I think my exact words were, "Geeze Lebron!! Why didHOLYCRAPITWENTIN!!!!" While jumping through the roof. Never in a million years did I think that thing was going in.

Last year he hit that buzzer beater against Chicago in the playoffs and it wasn't nearly as exhilarating. Mostly because I thought we actually had a chance to hit the buzzer beater.

Not sure what I'd rather see.

Cavs win on a last second buzzer beater by lebon ( or anyone else for that matter- I'd actually love a lebon drive, pull in the defense, then he tooses the ally opp to tridten).

Or. Cavs up 2, curry takes a last second 3 and bangs it off the back of the rim.

Pretty sure our make. But there's something about seeing curry fail

Oh

That's easy for me. In no way in hell do I want Curry with the ball in his hands at the end of the game with a chance to win. Are you nuts?

He did this a few months ago

I honestly don't care. A missed rebound that bounces off of TT's head and into the hoop at the buzzer works for me. Just win somehow.

Predictions?

97 Cavs
125 Warriors

The battered Cleveland fan in me thinks it'll be a slowly building blowout. Curry and Thompson go off in the 1st and coast to the finish. If I were in Vegas, I'd throw $500 on the ML for the Warriors.

I'm not even nervous about the game. Games 5 & 6 were standard Cleveland championship teases.

What I want to see is a close game at half and a Cave blowout in the 2nd. Just like the 64 Browns. Oh ya and if Curry throws his binky it's a plus.
